I purchased a set of Cobra golf irons around 2 years ago. 3 of the irons have snapped at the top of the shaft. One caused a laceration to my finger. I have probably used them 60-80 times. I thought they would last at least 5 years. I contacted customer service and they basically fined me off. I will never buy any of these products again

Six months ago I purchased a set of T-rails and again the same problem as the previous set of Cobras, the paint is of very poor quality and is peeling off, the clubs now look even worse than my previous set, which is 6 years old. This set was replaced under warranty by Cobra because the black paint was also coming loose.

Had 2 Cobra drivers in UK and both heads have failed. The first a limited edition White ZL had the whole weight port shear off after just a few months and I did get a refund via Supplier. Latest was a LtdX LS head that cracked after 2 seasons but UK Customer Service wanted nothing to do with it as they said they are just wholesalers and US said to contact UK. Shame as they are great clubs but brittle so can't risk spending £500 again with them.

Cobra Canada did me big. Warranty was taking to long from golf town so same day I called Cobra they got in touch with golf town and replaced my warranty claim of a 2 year old model LDX Max with the new 2025 Max K DS Adapt driver. If that isn't customer service I don't know what was is.

I bought a Cobra Aerojet driver which cracked after only a short period of normal use. The build quality was clearly poor, especially from a brand that positions itself as premium.

Cobra initially responded to my warranty enquiry by saying it wasn't their problem, and after that, they ignored multiple follow-up emails. No support, no resolution — just complete dismissal.

I won’t be buying Cobra again, and I’ll be advising others to steer clear too. There are plenty of brands out there that stand behind their products and treat customers with respect.

I contacted customer support online to request assistance as my Darkspeed 5 Hybrid had the wrong plastic insert in the headcover which differentiates clubs when in your bag (it had "5" whereas I needed "5H" since I also own the 5 Wood).

The request was routed to the US customer services, who quickly looped in their UK colleagues, and Alex in the UK sales support service managed to source a replacement and post out to me immediately.

Overall, a really good experience dealing with Cobra sales support services.

I owned a set of Forged Tec stainless for a couple years and must say fell in love with them, decided to change over to the copper version of these as they looked awesome. Well, after 14 games with them the soles have almost wiped clean of the finish on several of more frequently used irons. So contacted Cobra and was offered this reply.

"Thank you for providing the pictures of the irons and the proof of purchase as well. After looking at the photos it looks like this is normal wear and tear to the irons and not a manufacture defect to them."

Wow, $1,550 irons and probably couldn't get $100 for them in a garage sale. Thank you Mark from Cobra customer service, you're awesome!

Got fitted for a new set of forge tec x irons. Love the feel but after only 1 month, I cracked the face of the 7 iron and returned the set to Cobra via the PGA store. A yellow powder came out of the face of the club????

$1400 and now questioning the quality control at Cobra right now

My bag is all Cobra clubs so decided to go same with putter so tried Cobra Stingray, liked it was too light but told you can purchase adjustable weights. Contacted Cobra both UK & US offices to get weight but they DO NOT SHIP to UK.
Do not buy Cobra, their service is awful, i will never buy again when i change my clubs next year

Ordered my New cobra blades, they finally arrived today but had the wrong shafts in them!! So had to send them back 🥲🥲🥲 I was really looking forward to using them tomorrow! Very sad day!

I bought a set of f7 techflo irons and cobra driver on my 50th birthday. I've had them 5 years now and they have improved my gam. But in that time I've had the driver head split in the first year and then gap wedge head came off out of warranty. Since then subsequent years pw, 8 iron and now a 5 iron all lost their heads. Henry viii would be proud. Sadly as much as I like them It's no more cobra for me.

I bought the Cobra King Oversized irons a couple of years ago. The backing on two of my irons fell off and was lost so they needed to be replaced. The first time it happened, the clubs were only 3 months old and it got fixed under warranty. Now, another backing fell off and was lost and customer service will not sell me the backing nor fix it. Terrible manufacturing and customer service. I will never support a company with such low customer support standards. STAY AWAY!

Never again .buy cobra at your own peril disappointing quality and material.

I purchased a set of radspeed irons in November.
Second time I played with these irons (a month ago) my pitching wedge snapped in two. I now have to wait till January sometime to get a replacement. They've told me its because theyre doing a stock take and can't replace anything till it's done.
Really disappointing service. Going to trade in for Titleist 300 when i get my wedge back.

Managed to split the head of a Cobra driver on the driving range. The driver was out of warranty but Cobra have replaced the head free of charge with only a few questions asked. obviously I'm very pleased because I was looking at £350 plus for a new driver. Great service Cobra.
