Same as others. Kept promising they would send out a new shipment, it was lost in transit, excuses after excuses. Ultimately had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Do not purchase

Do not purchase! This company says they have a US manufacturer located in Wyoming and my pillows are still “in transit” 4 months later. I have requested a refund multiple times and they will not issue because the product is “in transit”. The delivery company and tracking system they use must also be bullshit.

Bought December 19

Bought December 19, 2024 still have not received my pillow been back-and-forth with the company multiple times. Have the email still in the suppose CEO or manager whoever is in charge emailed me said sorry for the problem and so on bull crap that he’s went on to say over and over again, but till this day still have not received nothing they are the huge scam I’ve ran across company should be prosecuted and banned and refund the peoples money asked for a refund they come up with whatever excuse to say is something to do with shipping. Bunch of bull do not ever ever buy anything from this company because they will not send your product or refund your money.

Total scam

Total scam. Ordered in January, pillows never arrived and no refund. Do not use Cobio.com they take your money and you will never hear from them again, steer well clear.

DO NOT TRUST COBIO PILLOW COMPANY

I cannot believe what I am reading! DO NOT TRUST this company! Cobio pillows must be a scam. Just like the other customers, I ordered my pillow in early December and so far, despite the many exchanged emails where they promise to reship my pillow (not once but around three times) they have not yet delivered it. I even received an email from the supposed CEO of the company apologizing for the delay and promising to ship it soon, but over a month and a half have passed and I haven’t received it.
I have already gone through the credit card company to process the refund because if I wait for them to respond, probably I will never see my refund applied. Let’s hope going through the credit card company works. So sad I was never able to test the pillow itself to review it. Do these pillows really exist?

They won't refund so don't bother

Pillow arrived from China about a month after I ordered it. Yes, I tracked shipping with the link they sent. Pillow was uncomfortable. Says it has a 100 day free trial. About day 60 I decided to return. I contacted them and they told me to ship it back with all the original packaging (at my expense) and send them the tracking number. I did that and have contacted them 3 times via email that they received my return almost 3 weeks ago and I have not gotten my refund. The first response said "due to the holidays they were behind in processing returns". The return center was in NJ so what holidays?? They have not responded to my last 2 emails from this week.
I'm happy to edit my review if I get my refund.

Absolutely awful, ordered a pillow December 2024, it is now the end of March- no pillow, asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and nothing but we are processing, please be patient.

Same as others. Wife ordered in December. Their information stated the pillow shipped before we ever placed an order????? Trying to get a refund is ridiculous. No customer service. This "company" is a joke. Lived and learned! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Such horrible customer service! I ordered these early December as Christmas gifts and 3 months later no pillows and NO REFUND!! I been going back and forth with them and they keep saying its "in the cue" for a refund.. which now I know is complete BS.
DONT PURCHASE THIS SCAM!

Same experience as most. No pillow, no refund, no explanation. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Company is a total scam. Beware. It’s been 4 months now and almost zero communication unless it’s initiated by me. Even then it’s a canned response. Guess I’m just out the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Like many others, I placed an order in December that supposedly cleared customs but never arrived. For 2 months, I’ve been trying to cancel my order and get a refund. I keep instead getting emails thanking me for my patience. Still no pillow nor a refund.
At best, a badly run company. At worst, a complete scam. Not sure which. Please learn from my mistake. Don’t buy from this company.

I placed my order in December and still did not received the pillows and/or a refunds that I requested multiple times. Thieves is what i call that. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They are not answering my e-mail.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - COBIO

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE COMPANY! Placed order on 12/9/24; received confirmation on same day that they shipped it. Below is the chronology:
12/8/24 - order confirmed
12/9/24 - order shipped
1/26/25 - my follow up on status #1
1/31/25 - advised that shipment was lost; I replied to cancel order and issue refund #2
2/2/25 - advised that they were rushing replacement
2/15/25 - my follow up #3
2/15/25 - advised that they were waiting on shipping details
2/21/25 - my follow up #4
2/21/25 - advised that they were requesting refund; will take 5-10 days
3/12/25 - my follow up #5
3/13/25 - advised they were contacting their refund team
3/20/25 - my follow up again #6
3/21/25 - now being told they're reshipping!!!
3/21/25 - final follow up NO - refund only!
So, do not UNDER any circumstances order anything from this company!

I ordered two of these pillows along…

I ordered two of these pillows along with pillow cases back in early January. We are now into late March. I never received my order! I have emailed this company multiple times, and all I get are automated responses (I know they are automated because they say the same exact thing word for word in their replies) telling me that I can't receive a refund until I receive the product and follow the return policy. As I have explained to them in my multiple emails, I have NOT received my order and therefore have nothing to return and I should not be out my money just because I never received the products. This is the absolute worst customer service (if you can even call it that, I don't think it's even a live person emailing me back, it's probably a bot) I have ever received in my entire 42 years of existence. I would highly recommend that you not buy from this company because it's a SCAM! I lost over $200 to this company and will probably never see that money again.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It looks really promising yet I have been waiting 4 months for it to arrive. After 3 months of being "patient" I requested my money back, well THAT hasn't happened yet either.
The customer service is extremely polite yet NOTHING is moving.
I'm sure they won't post this review for it isn't good PR

Don’t Waste Your Time or Money

If I could give CoBIO zero stars I would. My situation is just like several others, I ordered, my credit card was charged, I waited for over a month to receive it and what was the “Mystery Gift” anyway? The packaging was a sham. I immediately knew that I wanted to return to pillow, I reached out and requested instructions, sent back via USPS to the tune of $20, a month later no refund received. Checked tracking only to find that when it was received in Maryland they “Returned to Sender”, numerous times. It kept bouncing back from the USPS to CoBIO, “Return to Sender”. Finally it arrived back in my mailbox over a month later. I was going to email them and outline the sequence of events in my attempt to return the pillow but in reading other reviews, I realize that it is a total waste of my time to do so. I hope not to ever make this mistake again…check the reviews first!

If I could give 0 starts I would. This is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a pillow that took over a month to get to me. I gave it a go and it didn't work for me. I initiated a return within their "100-night guarantee" return window, and they gave me an address to send the pillow to and said once it is received, they will issue the refund - okay great. Sent the pillow off to the address they provided only for it to come back to me a week later with a label slapped on the box stating "Address vacant. Return to sender." Reached out via email and told them it's a vacant address and requested a new one - even provided them a screen shot with the tracking info that literally states it is a vacant address. Been getting the run around that that is the only address they use for returns and they want me to spend more money on shipping to send it to the same address again...yeah no. It's been a month now of them "looking into the matter" and "reaching out to the shipping team" with no updates. I have to email them and get the same run around each and every time. Seriously save your time, money and save yourself a headache.
