Lovely company to work with
Lovely company to work with, any time I rang they were polite and patient with me.
There were 2 crews, one emptied the loft and took out the foam on day one, the following day another crew layer down the new insulation, then put everything back in the lift. Both crews were very polite and cleaned up after.

Removal of Spray Foam and Loft Insulation
The removal of our spray insulation was carried out at the height of summer when temperatures in the loft were unbearable. This did not stop the fitters who kept working throughout. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleared up every evening to a very acceptable standard. The work had been assessed by the independent surveyor who made some mistakes in his measurements leading to the work taking 2 extra days. However Costal Prime stood by their original quote. Overall 5 stars. I couldn't have been better pleased.

Excellent workmen, quality job
Jack and his team initially came to remove our spray foam installation. Not a nice job and messy but they were very good in covering our landing, stairs and hall right up to the front door and therefore minimising the mess but they still hoovered too. The team were very polite and then Jack had to advise that the foam had irretrievably damaged our batons and felt. We already felt cheated by the government for allowing this foam to be installed so this was another blow. However, Jack and then Jordan, the Commercial Director were very good at explaining calmly, sympathetically and with no pressure what needed to be done. It was extensive work but the main roofer, Stuart, was exceptional - an excellent workman, kind, polite, informative and someone you felt you could trust. We felt he went above and beyond. Sorting your roof out isn't something you can do yourself you have to put your trust in others but we would not hesitate to recommend Coastal Prime and Jordan also kept us informed which we felt was more unusual for a Commercial Director and he considers customer service very important (another thing that is often lacking these days!)

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and heartfelt review. We’re really sorry you’ve had to deal with the stress and disappointment caused by the spray foam, especially after already feeling let down by the situation. It’s a horrible position for any homeowner to be in, and we completely understand how disheartening it must have felt to hear about the further damage.
We’re glad Jack and the team were able to make the removal as tidy and manageable as possible, and it means a lot to hear how calmly and clearly both Jack and Jordan were able to talk everything through with you. Stuart will be over the moon with your kind words - he takes real pride in his work, and it’s lovely to know his care and professionalism helped you feel reassured throughout such a big job.
Thank you again for trusting us with your home and for recommending Coastal Prime. Your feedback genuinely means a great deal.

Very pleased with this company when installing new loft insulation, starting with the surveyor who was very polite, explanatory and answering any question I or my daughter had. The men working on the loft were polite and worked hard with all work completed in a day and my home was left clean and tidy. I received all the paperwork, i.e. warranty, etc within a week of completion (I have not always had this promptness from other companies).

Excellent installation
The fitters turned up on time, introduced themselves and, after checking out the loft, got straight to work. They worked solidly, even through the very hot weather, & completed the job in a few hours. They respected my property & me. I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the instalment as yet but, hopefully, my winter gas bills will soon show this.
