Excellent service
All staff, from the original representative to the office staff were helpful and explained everything. The installers were clean, tidy and polite. We had a problem after the job was completed that the TV aerial had to be replaced owing to the signal. The cost of the replacement has been refunded. Very pleased with company.

Dedicated and professional
The team of three worked hard and well on a bigger area than they expected, so it was a long day. The job looks very neat indeed and everything was tidied up immaculately when they finished, not a speck of dust or dirt! The product looks good and all were polite, professional and good humoured - despite the extra time needed. Altogether very satisfactory.

Very good service
Very good service. Some of the work had to be done in a restricted space. The workman had to remove a large quantity of material, one of which comprised of very old insulation which had disintegrated. We felt that perhaps stronger bags could have been used to minimise the mess.

The guys did a good job
The guys did a good job, there was a lot of rubble under the old insulation which they cleared out, when they left we noticed that there was two screws had come through the ceiling and the ceiling light in the front bedroom wasn’t working, they came back a couple of days later and sorted the screws but couldn’t do the light so I’m going to get a electrician and send the invoice to you.
