Absolutely fantastic training, accesible, clear and practical.

I recently took the Passivhaus Retrofit Delivery course and was thrilled with how organised and informative it was. It was great to have some casual conversations with other likeminded people and share everyone’s thoughts without any prejudice. Our host Rupert Daly was great and extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions with politeness & confidence. Having been a builder for 20 years and becoming a passivhaus tradesperson through coaction I cannot recommend them enough. I enjoyed picking Rupert’s brain and learning from him. We had a great relaxed conversation about costs and build ability which was nice to know he could see the design from a practical point of view, hopefully we can cross paths again in the future.

Bill butcher took my passivhaus tradesperson course and again was amazing. He showed an abundance of knowledge and experience from his career. I would highly recommend anyone looking to up-skill in the building industry in either design or tradesperson to use coaction. Very well organised and always able to contact someone with support and guidance.

I learnt so much on Coaction's retrofit delivery course. As the only non-architect attendee, I was a bit concerned that the material would be too technical, however Kirsty and Sarah proved to be excellent trainers, explaining complex technical details and building physics in a clear and concise way, demonstrating their high level of technical and practical knowledge and experience. The course material was clear and useful with a wealth of practical examples and the worked examples really helped to ground the knowledge whilst learning from others' experiences. Following on with the webinar series provided an excellent opportunity to hear about real world projects from experienced practitioners. I've really enjoyed all the open discussions and peer to peer learning. I have come away with a much deeper understanding of the topic and issues which will help me to raise the standard of retrofit in a social housing setting. These experiences have made me keen to continue to develop my knowledge in PassiveHouse and EnerPHit approaches.

Coaction’s training sessions have been a fantastic opportunity to learn from real-world Passive House and EnerPHit case studies shared by experienced professionals in the field. The informal format encouraged open discussion and made space for practical questions, which I found particularly valuable. Hearing how others have approached the challenges of retrofit and low-energy design has given me both technical insights and renewed motivation to push forward ambitious sustainability goals in my own projects.
