We have a family wedding to attend. 12 people in a 13 seater. Got quotes from some companies and coach hire came up the best. Booked and paid the deposit. 4 weeks out from the wedding I received an email cancelling our booking due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. They offered us a solution with another company for an additional $495. Very disappointing. We chose to cancel and they have refunded the deposit. Sounds like they got a better offer. Will be risking uber and cabs now.

Sent us a quote, then the next day sent us the same quote but $200 less??? (still way more expensive than others)
We didn’t ask for less, we didn’t even respond as we were still getting quotes.
Then they had the audacity to call my partner, with a horrible attitude after advising we will not be accepting the offer, and they got angry at us for not letting them know sooner (literally a day or 2 later after we asked for the quote!)

Asked for one quote - didn't go ahead but got 7+ emails and still coming. Frequent phone calls even after saying we are not proceeding. Feels scammy.

Everything delivered on time, simply and good communication. And at the right price.
Recommend Neil and team highly.

They sadly quoted my incorrectly, overcharged by a few hundred dollars and refused any refunds. Rude and horrible service.

We had a booking for later this year with CoachHire. Unfortunately we experienced some issues with communication from the sales team that led to a few misunderstandings. This meant that we decided to cancel. We booked with another company. However, despite our experience the after care we received from the customer service manager was fantastic. We were treated with respect and are now happy to book with CoachHire in the future. Lesson learnt from our experience is to check the details before paying the deposit.

We had a requirement for 2 separate, return journeys for a group of about 20 people. The driver 'Alan' was fantastic. He rang ahead to confirm timing and pick up/drop off location. He had great driving skills and a good sense of humor.
Coachhire will not disappoint. They really do take customer service seriously.

We hired a small coach to transport our wedding guests from Canberra to Bungendore, NSW.
Being an absolute novice when it comes to hiring group transport, I really had no idea what to expect in terms of logistics or pricing. I inquired with a number of providers and found them either entirely unresponsive or exorbitantly priced. My experience with Coach Hire was excellent from start to finish. Chris Burt from the ops team made the quoting and booking experience super painless. The quote we were provided was highly reasonable and the booking/payment process was entirely straight forward.
We received our driver details 48 hours out, which gave me the opportunity to touch base (and a point of contact in the event of any issues). Our driver Michael Minter was amazing! Prompt, professional, personable. Our guests raved about him!
Overall I could not be happier with my experience of this company and their contractors!

Peter our bus driver was great. He was on time and good fun! We did two trips in the same day with a large hens group and had no issues at all! Johnny who booked me on was awesome and very helpful. Thanks guys!

As we deal with alot of adhoc requests, Johnny and the team at coachHire were able to provide a buses that we required at short notice excellent customer experience.

Colin was great and adaptable (considering we booked the bus service last minute). He was welcoming to all guests.

We were advised against booking with Coach hire by other companies due to reliability concerns, but they had offered us a discounted price which was really helpful as we were tight on budget. They had canceled on us a month out from the event which caused havoc as we scrambled to find alternatives. Not reliable whatsoever. my advice to others is it may be worth it to pay the extra elsewhere so this doesn’t happen to you

3 days out from planned event they have just cancelled 12 seater booking without explanation. Will be impossible to book anything now and money will be lost on other pre paid for activities.

They are refusing to speak to me and when I asked what had happened “Joe” from ops said it was sales fault not his………pathetic

2/5 because at least they got my guests from A to B safe. However - very shocking service. After multiple calls back and forth, making sure they had our correct location because the quote had it incorrect (and sending them drop pin, photo etc) they assured us it was all fine. Literally there’s a big coach stop right outside Hamer Hall and this is where we wanted pick up and drop off… easy right? The bus driver went to 40 St Kilda Road (not 400) and so our wedding guests were late. Then, on the way home, he decided to go to 40 St Kilda Road again!?! He also didn’t speak any English which made communication extremely difficult as well as he could only play CDs on his sound system… but didn’t have any. Crappy coach! We also spend $$$$ with these guys. Wish we hadn’t… stay away!

Do not go through the company ever. The company quoted us an original price and then two weeks before our event a very rude man named Joe called and asked us to pay an additional $1600 (apparently to cover the cost of tolls). Mind you we had already paid in whole the original quote. When disputing this matter our booking was cancelled and we were left high and dry. When calling other bus companies to find new transportation they told me “it sounded familiar from this company.” I have never spoken to someone as unpleasant and unprofessional as the employee I dealt with. When trying to call up and speak to someone higher they avoided my calls. Just want to let everyone know my experience and to think twice before ever booking with this company.

We paid in full for our confirmed booking and CoachHire cancelled on us the week before the event.
It was for 70 children and teachers to participate in a sports game.
We had to pay double their quote to go through a different company.
They basically told us there was nothing they could do.
We are a school and cannot just pay another $900 when parents have already paid for their child to attend the event based on the original price.
Very unhappy, disappointed and shocked at their business practice.

Totally disorganised- had emailed instructions on how navigate through the road works which they never got. The drivers mobile number given told me that he was not the driver today and the one he gave me instead was picked up by the drivers wife/partner at home as he forgot to take it. There was no way to contact the driver which had no way of getting to us without the specific instruction. I run around the block for 1km before I found him parked- had to lend him my phone for gps instruction on how to get to our address - at which time he needed to refuel as he was nearly out!!!
NOT A SERIOUS BUSINESS best to avoid!!
