'Shipping Address' field locked
Trying to edit the "Shipping" address field at the top of the order page, became so frustrating, that I ended up leaving information in the address that is sensitive, and if I could have, I would have edited it out.
It seemed to be a circular path that always brought me back to the information that was in the system under my name.

The purchase of your group upper…
The purchase of your group upper appears to be superior to others I've seen . The only thing that I don't see in the description of the group upper that i purchased is the compatibility of it with other AR-15 manufacturers group lower assemblies . I hope to pair this dissent group upper with a colt AR-15 milspec group lower . I am elated with the fact that I'll now be able to aim an AR-15 right handed and Left eyed . By dropping the stock down thus allowing me to lower my head down to aim the riffle with my Left eye and shoot right handed . This will be a game changer for me and others that currently can't aim and shoot an AR-15 riffle because of this handicap . At least in theory but most assuredly will accommodate me , being blind in my right eye .

Very sorry to hear that the customer service provided did not meet expectations. I don't believe the response you received was meant to be short or dismissive. However to add some context, with all the law changes and legal challenges going on in Virginia like you mentioned, many dealers are very short on inventory and some dealers order through a distributor instead of directly from us so there is no way for us currently to know exactly who has what on the shelf right now.
With the recent court order you could order directly from our website, however you would need to find a dealer near you that will accept transfers of the specific firearm you are looking for before ordering as some dealers are not accepting certain items right now.

I spent quite a bit a money on numerous…
I spent quite a bit a money on numerous builds and ordered the wrong handguards for one of them which cost more than the ones I actually needed I said I would just like the correct ones pretty simple fix and shipped back on my dollar. No cmmg wanted to charge me a restocking fee (for what there in used and in new condition and I buying the correct parts from them) long story short they gave me the run around and are not doing the right thing here. I would not recommend buying any of there products given this they would be very likely to give you a hard time on a warranty claim or something similar to this

The customer service rep that assisted you did confirm internally that we could waive the restocking fee for you but asked if you could order the correct handguards once your RMA was shipped to us and we could credit the full refund back to you once the return was received and checked in.
Our customer service manager will be reaching out to you via email to waive and refund that restocking fee due to the confusion on our part. Sorry again for the mixup, we hope we get the chance to earn your business again in the future.
