My go to when it comes to mortgages
CMJ Mortgage has been my go to when it comes to mortgages for a few projects now, residential and BTL. I have been recommending them as well. Very flexible and understanding of everyones situation and project, they help you to find the best setup matching your need. And to finish, nice people to work with, very "human" as well in their relationship with you. (no need to fill 20 spreadhsheet and pay a fee before starting to speak to somebody), which makes quite a difference.

Excellent people all around! I had a rapid completion deadline, and changed my lending requirements halfway through the process, all completed; and sorted ahead of schedule.

Every time I think of CMJ, TIna Turner “simply the best” floods my brain. Charlotte, Jess and Sabrina are peerless- and I say that after investing in property for 18 years with 50+ transactions. Charlotte, Jessica and Sabrina are absolute lovely ladies and great in their job. My purchase process took 6 months due to the chain for the first house I wanted to buy breaking, finding the second property and finally completion of the purchase. You can imagine how many mortgage-related changes such a process, would require and CMJ Mortgages team really showed extra ordinary patience and were super nice all the way.

While the legals were progressing, they kindly revised my mortgage offer 3,4 times, when lower rates were available, the last time, just a week before my confirmed completion date and this shows how geneuinely they care about people.
