Their advertising on Amazon is very unclear. Long story short I was charged ten dollars a bottle for a juice product the normally is about 3 dollars. The price was almost 50 dollars I usually pay a bit less for a case of Roar they charged me that for 4 bottles. Completely ripped me off.

Continued login issues for months now, with MFA if you use a computer not a mobile you are locked out of your account. IT and support and online chat totally suck avoid at all cost go somewhere else, anywhere else. Always around number 250 in a Que waiting after 6 hours in the que still not answered. Starting to look like a commercial grade scam.

It's hard all around just to use this platform. Charts are not working, putting in and out. Customer Service is average.

STAY AWAY. The reason they have a high rating is they get any negative reviews deleted. Hopefully this is seen before that happens. CMC is dropping prices lower than what the market is. Another example today, March 27th. Platinum is currently trading at $1,830 on the low end, CMC markets at the very same time, has lowered it to $1,787. How this is legal is beyond me. RUN!!

I lost a significant amount of money to a fake wind energy project and felt completely alone. Reaching out to C͟y͟p͟h͟e͟r͟G͟u͟a͟r͟d͟I͟n͟t͟e͟l͟ was the best decision I made. They acted fast and recovered every dollar. Amazing service.

Online Scammers Use CMC to scam People Out of There Money There Customers Services is a Joke. Had to Get AFCA involved. Stay away from CMC

Very poor platform. They will do anything and everything to delay withdrawals of large cash amounts. So far:
1. Refused to register an external account because it was a joint account of which the trading account was one name. Note the other party to the joint account already had this same account linked to his account, and this was ultimately the account that CMC Markets accepted as appropriate for linking.
2. Required copies of bank statements and photos holding passports (which they already had from opening accounts), but then did absolutely nothing with these documents.
3. Froze account for unauthorised call in relation to a CMC account from the party that had been authorised to act on the account 6 months earlier - all documentation required for authorisation had been confirmed as received 6 months earlier.
4. After providing further new authorisations (that should have been completely unnecessary) last week that were acknowledged so that the converstaion last week could now take place, the person on the phone when directed to the original email which provided the original authorisation (6 months ago), refused to confirm who was authorised in the original authorisation (yes that was me) because my access to the account had been frozen days before this call - note I was authorised on this account for 6 months before the wrong freezing of our account. After having to acknowledge that I had been authorised and that the account should never have been frozen, this person agreed to elevate the transfer request last Thursday to a senior manager.
5. We then received confirmation on Friday that our transfer request would be processed.
6. Then on Monday, we received a call requiring verbal confirmation for the transfer.
7. Next on Monday CMC Markets refused to take the verbal instruction from me as the authorised person, causing further delay.
8. Now it's Tuesday and still no funds. Why has it taken CMC Markets nearly 2 weeks to process a withdrawal of funds. This is a very substantial amount of funds required to be used for another purpose.

Surely other trading platforms can do far better than this.

Absolute crooks, do not use. Lost in court for millions and now refuse to release the funds to clients. Have tried for over a month and still no success. Keep your money safe, and save any headaches, use someone else.

The pathetic app and services. I am in the USA using CMC app, worked well initially.

All of a sudden I cannot see my holdings in the app but can see all other information. Chatbot cannot solve the problem. Additionally, I emailed the CMC support as well, but their response is pathetic.

They cannot send the verification code to the registered email. Look like they don't trust their cybersecurity tools and blocking trades instead.

They are asking me to call Australian support from the USA to connect the CMC app with the Google Authenticator.

CMC UK has whatsapp channel to solve problems but CMC Australia does not have whatsapp channel.

Why cannot CMC Australia not smart enough to solve customers problems?

They WhatsApp number on the profile retrieved back my $59,000 just contact them. They have great customer services.

They are cheaters

Red Flags all over! If you decide to join them or you’re a current client :Check all your statements for discrepancies including issuance dates . Keep screenshots and copies of all interactions with customer service, you’re welcome . Report to relevant authorities when things go wrong.

Customer service is disgraceful. Used their online chat to get some information and pricing for trading CFD's and was still waiting 32 minutes later when waiting time was approximate 2 minutes. Decided to stay with my broker. Don't advertise on TradingView if potential customers cannot get answers.
