I engaged Atul and genuinely rated his sales training, he understands sales psychology and delivered real results for us in the short term.

However, I cannot recommend him, and I'm updating my earlier review after what happened next.

After the engagement, Atul approached multiple direct competitors of ours, citing our growth numbers (inaccurately) as his pitch.

More seriously, he leveraged the relationships he built with the sales reps he coached on our team to try and move them to another company. Coaching access gave him privileged trust with our people, and he used it against us.

If you're considering him, go in with a strict NDA, a non-solicit clause covering your team, and clarity on what performance data he can claim as his own. Skills are there; the professional boundaries are not.
