Continuous problems with this App
Continuous problems with this App. Scores don't appear; 'Attesters' don't receive any notifications to verify scores; Can't access my past scores; emails to them don't get answered, or if they do its several days later. So stopped using and will input future scorecards via the Scottish Golf App, which also has issues but not as bad as HowdidIdo.

Had a problem not receiving handicap update notifications, contacted via email had immediate response with ideas to try to resolve the issue . The problem has now been sorted and handicap notifications updates being received. Thanks all involved. Even contacted via email that everything was ok a few days later.

Query resolution
I made an enquiry regarding combining Sat / Sun competitions when 1 competition is run over 2 days as it was not working on the new HowDidiDo but was available on the old version. The team worked on this and is now working on the new version, communication was very good via mail regrading how the update was progressing & I’m very happy with the service received. 👏👏

I reported a lack of functionality that existed in the old app. This was the ability to display all the members of my club with their handicaps in order to work out shot allowances before matches. It was fixed within minutes of my reporting it

Auto-TopUp Fails
There is an Auto-TopUp feature which transfers a selected amount into the account if the balance falls below a certain amount (again selectable). This does not work.
I've reported it to them and they are aware and say they will let me know when it is fixed.
As this feature has been available ever since I started using this app (well over a year), I find it incomprehensible that a feature is there to be used and doesn't work and they know about it!
