I found the company driving on the road, the van was in front of me, took notice of the name. I have now had two windows replaced, and have received excellent service from the person coming to get the information and do the quote and the installations staff, super friendly and service minded and when needing contacting the office via email or phone same excellent service.

The teams were helpful and professional, arriving on time and checking to make sure they fully understood the work required. They did a brilliant job on our patio doors, which now fit properly with new hinges and the old seals removed and replaced, no more draughts! They explained everything clearly and ensured I was happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

EASY TO DEAL WITH

There was an issue regarding the glazing bars provided which were not appropriate for my windows. To be fair the workmen said that they had never seen a window set up like mine before. This meant sourcing new ones and this required more time to fit.
In spite of the extra cost the company maintained the original pricing which was refreshing to find. Adi and Phil were brilliant, arrived on schedule and did a great job and completely cleared up.It’s always stressful employing builders as you are never quite sure if you will get the quality you have paid for at the quoted price. As Phil said “it’s our job to make sure there are no problems for our customers.” I doubt if you will find a better window company

Reliable reasonably priced and efficient

1. what was excellent: the two technicians were very good, quick, neat, friendly and efficient.
2. what was not good: the office: the man to came to view the windows and prepare the estimate did not recognise that two of the seven windows had offset panes of glass so that when the technicians came to fit the glass, two panes had to be reordered and fitted at a later date. The invoice (required for the guarantee) only gave details of the two panes, no the other five. This required two calls two weeks apart to get the full invoice, not very efficient.

The fitters came as arranged on 12th September after first phoning to give idea of timing, which was very good to know. They were efficient and polite and replaced the glass panels in the patio doors with patience and expertise and were not upset by the several interruptions due to it raining.

I stumbled across Cloudy2Clear by accident and I'm so glad I did! We have a very large full length window that the seal had gone on so it was looking very unsightly filled with condensation. Cloudy2Clear's quote was extremely competitive and although it wasn't an easy job, everyone I dealt with (from Joe coming round for an initial look, to Nick and George in the office and then the guys who fitted it on the day) had a positive "can do" attitude, were professional and friendly and were a pleasure to deal with.

It cost less than I expected and they kept to the price despite the door being a problem and taking longer than expected. They stayed on till it was working perfectly. Best service I have encounted from any company for donkeys years.
