Refuses to stop charging even after cancellation of service
I signed up with Cloudsurph as they had seemingly good reviews at the time, in April 2025. I selected a plan and immediately received an email saying they no longer could sell that plan (why is it for purchase on the site, then?). I requested cancellation and a refund, which they did. I had paid via Paypal.
However, they did NOT cancel the recurring Paypal link, and continued to charge me, to the tune of $149.95 over the past 5 months, and they refuse to acknowledge this. My many attempts to contact support are met with "create a ticket", however, since my account was closed in April, I am blocked from doing so.
This is a fraudulent company, through and through. Other reviews are further evidence of their misdeeds.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and you will be made whole. I want to assure you that we are a real and legitimate company that have been in business for over a decade. We are sorry that you had to face this much trouble and inconvenience but hopefully we can make things right for you.
Here is what we see so far: you opened an account on 4/16 but was closed quickly soon after, there was only one transaction made for $29.99 but then refunded(transaction ID 87L88090YA209954D).
Please keep in mind that auto-pay was selected on your end within your paypal account so it can be cancelled anytime you want. I went ahead and activated your account on our portal so we can communicate directly and get this resolved soon.

They flagged me for FRAUD
They flagged me for FRAUD, I NEVER did this type of thing and they randomly flagged me as FRAUD like what? They didn't even activate my server as ITS ALREADY THERE. THE PROMO IS STILL ONLINE AND "AVAILABLE" AS YOU CAN STILL SEE IT ON THEIR WEBSITE AS "1$ VPS"

They wasted my time by promoting a free VPS, then they marked my payment as fraudulent, and finally, they responded to the ticket that they were out of stock, and asked me to buy another available VPS.
