do not order from this website. used to be a reputable brand, but guessing it went out of business, and the site is now being run by scammers. I ordered originally over 2 years ago, and tried to order more this month, realised it had the wrong address and as I tried to rectify this, I realised that none of their emails work, and neither does their 'online chat' on the website, no replies on any of their facebook or instagram pages either.

Ordered 2 pillows there a few months ago and nothing has arrived. Have attempted to email them and it bounces back. Unable to contact them from their website or from shop app. DO NOT ORDER from them.

After my last review featuring the scam gang Wowcher who finally gave me some credit to buy from their mates Cloud9, and I mentioned EVRI sending an email saying that they had collected a parcel (PILLOWS) from Cloud 9 on the 11/11/2025, yesterday 3/12/25 they were actually delivered. I would rather they had lost them, as I would not give them to a dog to rest its head, they feel as if they have been stuffed with cardboard.

No order arrived no response from emails ordered September 26th it’s now November 7th. Took the money quick but nothing else. No customer service etc whole experience has been disappointing would not recommend them at all.

Diabolical company, take your money with no intention of sending, ignore messages and emails, did answer phone once very unhelpful

If I could give a minus 5 I would. Please please stay away from this company they are thieves and con artists. Take your money and no goods are delivered absolutely disgusting. I've rang left voicemails. Emailed,used WhatsApp. Not a word. Absolutely nothing. I've worked all my life and now disabled I needed this mattress. Should have researched them more I'm to blame aswell. I trusted these evil people. Thanks for nothing enjoy my £600. This isn't the last you'll here from me I will post your company as crooks everywhere.

This company is brazenly stealing copyrighted images of beds from other online retailers and designers to populate their own website and marketing materials. This isn't just an "oversight" or a "misunderstanding"; it's a calculated act of intellectual property theft that speaks volumes about their ethics, or rather, the complete lack thereof. Quality of items is absolutely rubbish, don’t bother buying from these imitators..!!

This website appears to be misleading. The product images seem to be taken from other retailers, including Bedworld, which raises concerns about its legitimacy.

Dishonest company don’t be fooled by their website, this is a very small operation working from mobile phones and virtual offices, they are dropshippers that do not hold stock, once they receive your order they do not reply to emails or whatsapp messages, I have been trying to get a refund for a cancelled order and after calling for days I finally spoke to a gentleman with a strong Indian accent named Mathew who after many lame excuses promised me that the refund would be issued that evening, when evening came no refund and now he’s ignoring my calls, they seem to have a cash flow problem where they are unable to refund customers funds. I am having to contact my credit card company for a chargeback to get the funds back, do your research including companies house data before ordering from these people

The mattress we purchased was over £900 at a local store so we initially had apprehensions on purchasing the mattress as it was a lot cheaper. (£645) however the mattress came and this is exactly the same as what we seen in store. I would definitely recommend this website for affordability on its own for quality products.

Please don't use this company, the mattress I received was not as promised in the emails prior to ordering, I'm disabled and receiving the wrong mattress is causing too much pain for me to be able to sleep, I cannot return under the sleep comfort guarantee because I cannot afford another mattress while waiting for a refund and the company are ignoring my emails, I feel totally let down after buying their top of the range mattress.

Amazing service from ordering to delivery. I was a little apprehensive about ordering online with a company I wasn’t familiar with. I’m sooooo pleased I did! I ordered my Durabed mattress (I’ve had one of these before, highly recommend) late Wednesday evening, delivery said 5-10 days, imagine my surprise when I got a call the following day to say delivery would be that Friday between 11am-3pm. In less than 48hrs I had my mattress which arrived at 11am on the dot, delivered by the nicest delivery driver, friendly, polite and respectful of my property. AWESOME from start to finish .. AND the best price I could find anywhere! Cloud Sleep LTD 5 stars+++

I recently got the Heritage 5500 mattress. Very comfortable and fantastic bed. Worth the price. Delivery came on time today about 5 working days. Would highly recommend.

Please DON'T order from this online company. I purchased ottoman bed from a wattsapp message looking back I must have been stupid to trust this company.

The bed arrived later than the time it was scheduled for. The person who delivered the bed was also the installer of the bed who asked me at the door could I help him with the bed. Even though I payed for the delivery and for the bed to be fitted together. My mattresse was too soft I ordered a gel topper which was meant to be medium to firm. I did state this with the delivery man but he left abruptly in a rush to go home. I've not even had the bed a week and the storage bed is so cheaply made the slacks are very thin. The mattress dilts. And isn't the mattress stated on line, The mattress is sewn up with just a label glued to the fabric. Bolts and screws are different sizes.

The lever has come off the bed to open the storage lid of the bed. The interior of the wood has indentations. And if you want to speak to the manager of the firm about any problems with a bed you have purchased you will receive nothing but pure abuse threats, and being told your card would be BLOCKED. I was also told by the manager you will have to send back the bed to us so we can test the bed for damage. You are provided with 2 mobile numbers one that's a business account and one number online that ain't in service plus I've sent a complaint in via email and I've been ignored. Online it does state 60 days we will exchange mattress or you are entitled to a refund. After sending them a message on there business account on wattsapp, telling them I'm seeking advice, they sent me back a reply which was very unprofessional stating I've used a mattress for 3 days and now I want to send it back. Nothing on line says if you purchase a bed online you will have to resend the bed back in packaging that's been taking away from the delivery person. THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD STAY WELL CLEAR!!! And the reviews on here are copied and pasted. With different people's name on the reviews.
