Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had a slight hiccup with delivery of meds and the pharmacy went above and beyond to sort it out for me- despite it not actually being their fault! Really kind and understanding staff. Brilliant! Could not have wished for anything more.

Disappointed
I had 2 prescription, rather than pay 2 expensive postage charges I called and requested that the be combined to one parcel. This is apparently not possible. But I was advised to pay for both and then advise by email. One postage charge would be refunded and both items packaged as one. I did that, to be advised essentially with the same information. By the time I responded two separate parcels had been dispatched and I paid £9.75 more than I should have had to pay. How difficult a problem can this be to not have an efficient solution

Review of CloudRx - Sidonie
Review of CloudRx Customer Service and Sidonie
I recently ordered my medication through CloudRx and was advised that it would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, three days later the medication had still not arrived, which was concerning, especially as the contents needed to be kept cool.
I contacted CloudRx customer services and spoke with Sidonie, who immediately took ownership of the issue. She informed me that the courier had marked the package as delivered and had apparently thrown it over a gate. No delivery note had been left to indicate where the package had been placed, leaving me unaware of its whereabouts and concerned about the condition of the medication.
I explained that the medication required refrigerated storage and that, given the delay and the way it had been delivered, I could not be confident that it remained safe to use. Sidonie was understanding, professional, and reassuring throughout the conversation. She promptly arranged for the outdated medication to be collected and for a replacement supply to be sent out.
What impressed me most was her proactive approach to preventing similar issues in the future. Sidonie arranged for my future deliveries to be sent via Royal Mail Signed For, ensuring that medication will be handed over and signed for upon delivery. She also confirmed that she would raise a formal complaint with DPD regarding the courier's handling of this delivery.
Although the initial delivery experience was disappointing, the outstanding customer service provided by Sidonie completely restored my confidence in CloudRx. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, provided a clear solution, and followed through with practical measures to prevent the problem from happening again.

I ordered my prescription for next day…
I ordered my prescription for next day delivery and was told because it was after 3pm it would take longer than a day ( 2 days) 5 days I waited the first batch got lost in transit if it was ever sent.
I was really disappointed with this service because I may have used it again but I’m not sure they are trustworthy

We have reviewed your order and can confirm that payment was received after our daily dispensing cut-off time. As clearly advised during the ordering process before payment is completed, orders received after the cut-off are dispensed on the next working day. Once dispensed, the delivery timeframe is then dependent on the courier service.

They make mistakes and then don’t issue refunds
I spent £160 on a private prescription for two doses of the same medication. Only one dose was delivered to me and when I sent proof that only one was delivered to me they refused to give me a refund for the one that wasn’t delivered and just claimed it was delivered when it wasn’t. At the very least they should at least offer to resend the missing prescription free of charge but they didn’t even offer to do that. So that’s £80 down the drain just because they refuse to put their hands up to their mistakes

Appalling service. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them ever again
I am appalled by the service I have received from this pharmacy who did not send me the right amount of prescribed medication but charged me for it, despite me contacting them and the prescriber. I sent photographs of the box of one of the medications which showed that they had not dispensed the right amount of medication but emails and phone calls were not answered so there was no way to resolve the issue. I am going to make a major complaint as they cannot treat patients like this. I would give them a negative star but unfortunately the lowest I can give is 1 star.
