PHENOMENAL customer service and great POS system

Manny and his team provide PHENOMENAL customer service. They are extremely attentive and always helpful in addressing any questions or issues that arise. Manny even made himself available on-site with us at 11pm on New Year's Eve, which truly demonstrates his dedication and commitment to his clients.
The system itself is extremely user-friendly. I initially started with one location, and within a year I had it installed at two additional locations. I have also recommended this system to several friends in the industry who have since made the switch and are just and satisfied.
I truly can't say enough about the customer service and the POS system. The level of support and over all quality have exceeded my expectations.

Clouds Amazing

Cloud has the best tech support I’ve ever worked with. Whenever we need help they’re ready, 2 pm , 5pm ,3 am. They’re great to work with and the system is easy to use. 10

Cloud POS NYC is the BEST in the Business !

I'm the owner/operator of Dillingers Pub & Grill in Astoria. I have used this service for many years to operate my restaurant.
The customer service and support is 5 stars !
I had a situation where someone vandalized the front of the house and left my POS in total disarray. Without question Cloud came to the location and had me up and running before the first customer walked through the door !
I'm a customer for life as are all the others I have referred to this company over the years !
Hands down the best in the business !!

Best Customer Service Out There

Manny, and the team are amazing! The on-site as well on-call service is the best. When needed the most Manny is there to help you out. His equipment is the latest and most up to date, I have seen out there!
Nothing but 5 Stars across the board.
