got sent the wrong vapes and neither of them work. been trying to get in contact for a month now and nothing has been done. they’ve emailed back once asking what my issue is and every time i tell them my issue they won’t reply. ridiculous.

Id always recommend this place, only problem I've had is receiving the incorrect item which was amended in the same week. I also ordered yesterday around 1700hrs and it was delivered today. Outstanding service, I even order for other people as well (they don't trust their bank/websites)

Hi I ordered two vapes from this company who I have used for over a year in which I had no problem with until the last two orders in which I received two vapes with leaking oil I've contacted them on numerous occasions but to no avail I'm absolutely rageing that they think they can take your money and when you try tell them there's a vault with the vapes they do nothing if anyone out there is reading this I'd think twice before buying from this company much appreciated Robert..

I get the same item , mean same flavour twice. No one inform about it. First time ever I am really disappointed. It was my favourite vape shop now I am looking for other sites.

If you have any problems with products, they don't respond on their website form. I got their attention, just when I wrote a negative one star review on Trust Pilot about non existent customer service. I was told to send them an email. Sent it with a problem and proof and received an email that I am "someone that is causing problems for no reason or maybe you are just wanting something for free". So, I asked them to simply delete my account, because I won't be shopping at this store again.
Update: I was ordering from them since March every month, but suddenly I am first time customer to them. They also lied that the company is opened for 10 years. They are opened since 2023. They are twisting the facts to sound more trusted.

Really disappointed in them. Have used them for about a year and overall is a good experience and quick delivery... HOWEVER!!! I bought a vape and it was was burnt out after 10 puffs. This was a 25k puff vape. I have messaged 3 times asking for a replacement or refund but have had no response. Out of principle I will start using and different vape store if I don't get get a response, which is a shame as they normally provide a good product.

Last time I had an issue they sorted it, however this time it's been radio silence.
