Hotel ballroom music solution
I was seeking a hotel solution for music in our ballroom, we got the cloud box in less than a week and this solution was fantastic, simple to wire through our amp and we are up and operating.
Setting up the account to invoice annually has been simple as well. Awesome job!

Zero ability to customize. The ad hoc feature is lame. This is a recast of the 8 tracks restaurants used in the '70's nothing more.

I feel price is high
I feel price is high. My experience otherwise has been good. Though there are sometimes issues when switching from sonos to a browser, and vice versa, need to re-authorise sonos, which is an unneeded step I feel. Also I’m not aware how frequently new music gets updated (weekly, monthly, so on) so clarity on that would be appreciated.

Nice selection of playlists. As a middle eastern restaurant, I just wish there was also a selection of mediterranean/middle eastern/North African music to suit our ambiance.
