Great customer service and amazing Messaging system that allows us to monetize the Ads. We are a retail, commercial building with a mix of Retailers, Restaurant, Service providers (Salons, Teech Whiting, Barber shop, etc), and offices. We port the music throughout the public section of the building to cut out the silence but it also allows us to advertise the Tenants throughout the building, currently we do this for free but the long term will be to charge a small fee to have Tenant Ads run on the Cloud Cover platform.

We just opened a small bar and this was the perfect choice for our business!!

Very easy to set up, and we now have music in the bar & restaurant. When I have time I will customize the music but right now we are using to set stations and they are good!
Well worth the money, I would recommend it and wish we had got it sooner.

Music choice for the restaurant selection can be better, currently there is too many old songs regularly playing. My crew is mostly all young and they are not too satisfied with the music and nor am I.

this is a good system but god forgive you need help OR need make a change. This is the most complicated system I have ever dealt with.

There is a really nice variety of music and playlists to choose from. The only thing I would like is to be able to select specific artists to add to our playlist.

Very easy to use. Very easy to install. Literally, plug and play. I hooked up my bluetooth speakers to it easily.

Cloud Cover has made it easy for us to play music in our food Hall. I bought the Cloud Box and had trouble getting it hooked to the internet so I called technical support and they where awesome. They walked me through the whole process and made sure we were up and running before ending the call. I have made a custom station that plays 10 to 12 stations mixed. Live the verity.

This company helped our spa make a smooth transition from another app to Cloud Cover Music. The customer service is great because they always check in to make sure everything is going okay with our subscription and responds quickly.
