I had a very positive experience with…

I had a very positive experience with Cloud 9 Accounting Team recently, especially with their help dealing with my HMRC case. I really appreciated the support with something that felt difficult to handle on my own. Thank you to Martina and the team for your help. Update: Cloud 9 attempts to shift blame to HMRC, but issues stem from lost data & bad MTD advice. Escalated to ACCA. Unprofessional service

Unprofessional service, errors in calculations, and lack of responsibility. I had a very disappointing experience with this accounting firm. The service was consistently slow, and communication was poor throughout. To make matters worse, they failed to stand behind their own calculations and completely shifted the burden of communicating with HMRC onto me for issues related to their work. Handing over documents to my new accountant was also unnecessarily delayed. A truly professional accountant takes responsibility for their numbers and supports their clients with HMRC. I cannot recommend Cloud 9 Accounting Team to anyone looking for reliable accounting services.

We are disappointed to read this review, as we strongly disagree with several of the allegations made and do not believe they accurately reflect the service provided by Cloud 9 Accounting Team Ltd.

Throughout our engagement, our team worked to support the client, maintained communication with HMRC and provided explanations and updates regarding matters outside our direct control. We understand how frustrating delays caused by HMRC can be; however, an outstanding tax repayment or HMRC compliance check does not automatically indicate an error or failure by an accountant.

We also wish to clarify the allegation regarding the handover to the new accountants. We received the formal handover request on Monday, 19 October, at approximately 3 PM. Our office was closed on Tuesday, 20 October, as communicated to clients in advance. The requested handover information was provided to the new accountants by 3 PM on Wednesday, 21 October.

We therefore strongly disagree with the suggestion that the handover was unnecessarily delayed or obstructed.

We have maintained records of our work, correspondence and communications supporting our position.

We take our professional responsibilities seriously and always aim to provide a reliable, transparent and supportive service. While we respect every client's right to share their experience, we also believe it is important that public reviews accurately reflect the circumstances.

Due to client confidentiality, we cannot discuss further details publicly.

We wish the client all the best for the future.

Great service

When I became self-employed just the thought of doing the tax return was giving me a headache. Then Cloud 9 was recommended to me and that was the best thing ever. Helpful, friendly team that does everything for me. Have been using them since. Highly recommend

Highly recommend

I’ve been with Cloud 9 Accounting Team last two years and I can’t be more happy I choose Cloud. I’ve been so scared to start work for myself because of taxes and accounting but they explain me everything and they care for everything. They are professional and helpful any time I need them anLucia d they are also so friendly.
I can’t be more happy and if anyone needs accountants they are best choice.
