Good communication via email and back up text telling you your collection date was accepted and time period when items will be picked up. I had 10 bags of mens clothing to donate. Due to a disability I'm unable to take it to a charity shop. The service from clothes aid was absolutely superb, easy to do, and I was able to select the charities I wanted to donate to.

I had 4 full bags of unwanted clothes which i wanted to donate, as I don't drive was needing a lift off someone to take to charity shop. Came across this fantastic service online. So easy to book a collection. Left bags outside door and they were collected early next morning on given collection date. Would definitely use again.... hassle free and going to good causes 👍
