I wanted to share my experience because I think some details are easy to miss when shopping on the website.

The products look beautiful online, but the ring system was not what I expected. I was expecting a more traditional removable-ring setup, and I found the actual construction and the way the pages attach to the rings much less intuitive than I anticipated. The website photos did not make this clear enough for me.

I ultimately decided to return the order. For my order, shipping was about $10 and the return cost was $8, so I lost around $18 simply from ordering and returning the items. The return process also required additional time and effort.

The paper quality itself was good, and I liked the aesthetic. My main issue was the usability and the lack of clarity about how the physical system actually works.

My advice: before ordering, look very carefully at the ring mechanism, hole design, insert compatibility, and return/shipping costs. The products may be beautiful, but the physical experience may be very different from what you expect from the photos.

I have been with C&P for over 11 years now, and I have to say I truly appreciate how much they have grown and evolved over the years. The only thing I haven’t cared for over the past year or so is that some items that were once bundled together are now separated and offered à la carte. Customer service 20/10..

That said, I understand that as a business grows and looks for new ways to increase revenue, changes like this may be inevitable. I will continue supporting C&P for as long as I can.

I still need help to remove or refund “Route Package Protection” fee. I have waited several days and the only response I got was “your item has been shipped and it is too late to cancel the Route Package Protection.” First, it is not my fault that it takes you so long to respond to this issue. Second, I don’t understand why Route Package Protection was set as default. It is easy Customer to accidentally select it or forgot to deselect it.
I have been a supporting customer for a while and I hope to continue to be a customer here. This is the second time I have to contact the customer service for this issue. Last time Route Package Protection fee was refunded back to me but this happened again and I didn’t get any help.
