Quick and reliable call out for…Closomat Toilet
Quick and reliable call out for engineer. Had a leak and only serviced a few weeks ago. They came out within 48 hour and engineer sorted it in 30 mins. Yesterday had another leak different to first, reported it via contact form on Sunday, they phoned me back Monday afternoon and engineer came 7am Tuesday morning, fixed problem in 30 mins and was very polite and even made a fuss of my two Alaskan malamute dogs. Lovely guy!

Closomat wash and dry toilets are designed to provide many years of reliable service, and as with any product that sees regular daily use, occasional repairs can be needed over time, particularly on older installations. Regular servicing helps to keep everything performing at its best and can often extend the life of the product even further.

A reassuring engineer rightly taking pride in his invaluable expertise and experience. Like the previous raising and lowering and various services of the clos o Mat he knew exactly what the issue was with the plunger sticking, and put it right with ease.

Game changing and Mark was so helpful …
We had some challenges at first with the aerolet but ‘Yorkshire Mark’ was fantastic in helping us resolve those problems, he certainly went beyond to get it sorted. The Closomat toilet and Aerolet are game changers, it’s been a while coming but delighted it’s now here.

Fantastic service from Michael the engineer
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for Michael, the engineer who visited our home in Cornwall today.
Michael was absolutely fantastic. He not only repaired the leak successfully, but also thoroughly checked and effectively serviced a unit that is around 10 years old. Previous plumbers had indicated that the entire unit would likely need replacing, so his knowledge, experience and willingness to investigate properly have potentially saved us a considerable expense.
Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous, respectful and a genuine gentleman. He took the time to explain what he was doing, inspired confidence, and clearly takes great pride in his work.
Employees like Michael are a real credit to your organisation, and I wanted to ensure that his excellent service was recognised and passed on to both him and his management team.
Please extend our thanks and appreciation to him for a job exceptionally well done.

Exceptional and outstanding toilet,
I've had a closomat toilet fitted in my home for a while now due to my disability and I have to admit it was one of the best decisions that I have made, you don't need to be disabled to use this toilet as other members of my family also use it.
The toilet itself if of excellent quality and extremely reliable, should the toilet need any maintenance then the customer service is second to none, they always attend very promptly should the rare occasion arise on any problems that you have no matter how small.
One of the best purchases I have ever made.
