If i could give them negative stars i would. Don't buy under any circumstances. Scam business who continues to take money from your card after your initial purchase. They lie when you contact them for support on fraudulent transactions. Avoid.

I ordered my son a pair of the Clogg’s slides. After waiting almost a month we received them and they were too small. I emailed the support email and someone told me that they don’t offer refunds or exchange if you got the wrong size. Weird since if you read their refund policy it does not mention this at all. They said they can give me a discount to buy another pair or refund 15 percent, what the heck. Ok then today I see another charge from them for $34.99 on my card. Although I didn’t order another pair nor will I ever. So now I searched the reviews and see that they automatically subscribe you to a program?!! What the heck?! I never saw that when checking out. This company is a scam, BEWARE!! I wish I would have researched them more before ordering.

To all of those of you who wished they could leave a “zero stars” review, you are not alone. Literally the crappiest quality of product I have ever purchased. HORRIBLE RIP OFF. They don’t offer refunds beyond 15% refunded and they let you keep the trash they sent you. I have never felt the need to write a review encouraging people to avoid a company at all costs, but this warranted the effort. The sizing was off and everything was CHEAP.
THEY ABSOLUTELY SIGNED ME UP FOR MONTHLY SHIPMENTS OF THESE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR EXPRESSED PERMISSION. THANK GOODNESS ANOTHER CUSTOMER/VICTIM OF THIS SCAM BROUGHT THAT TO MY ATTENTION.

Terrible quality . The bottoms totally separated from the shoe after 3 times wearing them . Will not offer a full replacement or refund . Rubbish!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Their products are of very poor quality( rubbish), and after receiving payment they have been playing games by giving excuses about the wrong address instead of sending my order. It feels dishonest and unprofessional. I truly regret not reading the other reviews before ordering, as it seems many people have had the same bad experience.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from there website, took almost two months to get to me, shipped from china. The quality of the shoes is awful- basically a temu version of a birkenstock.

The worst part is they started charging my credit card a monthly subscription of 56$ canadian with
out my permission!

Its a downright scam and I hope no one else gets their money stolen from them.

I purchased a pair of cloggs. They fell apart within 3 months. The company also signed me up for a $34/month subscription without my knowledge or authorization.

They charge me once a month my order (it’s been 4 times) and won’t answer my email! It’s a Complete fraud

Received my order within a month. The colour was not at all what we were expecting. Within 2 wears, the sole fell off. Attempted multiple times to return with no response from "Maddy". The real red flag is charging me a month after for a "membership" that I did not sign up for. Total scam. Do not buy

Took weeks to arrive as they were shipped from China. Came in a plastic bag, somewhat bent and misshapen. Color was significantly different than what was shown on the website. Clasp was different too (much cheaper quality). 4 weeks later, the bottom started peeling off of the shoe. No refund offered. Just replacement if I pay to return the shoes.

ALSO! Found out after the fact that they tried to keep charging me with a $34.99 monthly subscription. Fortunately, my card expired and the attempt bounced. When I asked "customer service" about it, they were adamant that I selected this optional "VIP Membership" in my checkout. Just to be sure, I tried a brand new checkout in their store. There's no optional way to select this and it's automatically added and hidden as their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (which isn't honored anyway). What a scam.

The shoes, awful. The service even worse. DO NOT BUY. Only have I just realised the last 3 months I have been getting charged an extra 59 a month. Stupid scamming company. I’ve had to shut down my card and been at the bank multiple times now. Horrible people

Horrible. Sent children’s sized cloths that took almost a month to arrive then signed me up without my permission for a $36 per month “subscription” that ended up shutting down my card and wrecking havoc on my finances. Absolute scammers.

DO NOT BUY!!! this company is a total scam. I got my shoes and they are poor quality, but that’s not the worst part. They have continuously charged me $34.99 for no reason. I have changed my card and it still happens. Please don’t fall for this scam.

I just ordered a pair on the 3rd of August. Was a very impulsive purchase and didn’t do much research, week went by and I didn’t get any kind of shipping confirmation email. I have sent them a couple emails but no response while still getting promo emails from them. I have “unsubscribed” to assure I am not charged again. After reading all of your reviews, my confidence is shot lol. I have no faith I will see my order in the mail. These companies should be illegal and prosecuted

Horrible quality of shoe. Fake Return Policy. We have been back and forth for almost three weeks. Our next step is to dispute the charge with our bank as they are not agreeing to a return even though we requested the day after receiving. They did not fit his foot - his heel is sticking out but there's a lot of room in the toe box.
