Do not buy from Cloggs.us - shoes are ordinary quality (shipped direct from chine - might as well buy from there) - but WORSE - they add you to their $35/mth subscription without your direct consent (AS IF YOU'D WANT TO JOIN A SHOE SUBSCRIPTION!!) - and won't refund when you realise you're being scammed... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Terrible Company! Beware of the scam. They always have "sales" and have a strict no return policy on sale items. I placed an order on December 5th and the item arrived on December 29th, after Christmas! Then it was too small. My boyfriend wears a size 13 and I ordered 13.5 to be on the safe side and it didn't fit. They said I cannot do an exchange because the "error" was on my end. They also pointed out that the size chart is on the website, but the sizes are there in US sizes so why the heck didn't it fit? They offered me 65% off another purchase. What am I supposed to do with the one I have? Waste of money.

Pretty sure this site is a scam - they sign you up, unknowingly, for a monthly subscription service when you place an order. Of course, it's a headache to cancel the subscription. The delivery takes almost a month, and the shoes are crap.

Believe what you read from other reviews. This company is an absolute scam. Site policy states orders are handled in 1-2 business days with delivery in 4 days. I ordered shoes on December 4th, didn’t get a tracking number until after I disputed the transaction with my banking institution.its called cloggs US but I got some tracking information dispatched from China. My order arrived the 29th and everything legit stunk. Shoes are super small and cheap. Then I get a random $35 charge from them after the fact that I had to again dispute. Absolutely horrible company

subscriptions activated without clear consent,

misleading billing practices,

repeated attempts to avoid cancellation,

lack of transparency.

Id give zero stars if I could.
Took 2 months to arrive and they are complete crap. The second you ripped the bag open it smells like chemicals. I ordered them the second week in November and just got them. No response from customer service.

Horrific! Biggest holiday disappointment.
Do not order for site - one month in and no gift and no response or acknowledgement from customer service .

1/6/25- so I finally recv’d sons Christmas gift almost a month later and now I have been charged twice… in dispute. Initially took payment day I place order and then again when goods finally received. Please be very cautious .. not sure how this company is still operating ?

If I could give @cloggs.usa negative 5 I definitely would! This is a SCAM so buyers BEWARE! All the negative comments are absolutely warranted! FIRST, the 30 day money back guarantee is garbage! It took 30 days for the shoes to arrive from China. Mind you the company is in Austin TX! I immediately determined they were trash, literally smelled horrible and size 45 or 12/13 in US fit more like a men’s size 8. Requested a refund same day and was told two days later they only give refunds if they made an error, but wanted me to send a picture of me wearing the shoe! I said no and told them I was in my 30 day return period. Two days later, they said no refunds on sale items! Well guess what; your ENTIRE site is ALWAYS on sale! So in other words you can never get a refund and you’ve pulled a bait and switch! SECOND, they conveniently add you to there Cloggs Club, but what they don’t tell you is that while your receipt says it cost zero dollars implying it’s free, they charge you $34.99 per month for these shoes that are worth about $5. Bait and switch number 2. They had the nerve to offer me a 15% refund and I can keep the shoes! You try and cancel it by clicking the button that says CANCEL, but it does absolutely nothing! I figured out you go to manage account and after multiple clicks you finally get to a cancellation button! After multiple emails back and forth with some idiot named Steven O who I am convinced is sitting in a basement in China and being out of around $150, several hours I can’t get back, and high blood pressure! I have accepted that I am part of the population who was duped at Christmas time by this horrible company! I went ahead and paid the $169 dollars for Birkekenstocks and my son loved them! My advise to you is to do the same and skip dealing with this shady company, if not I promise you you’ll regret it.

I’m so sorry that I didn’t read reviews before placing an order with them. Instead, I simply used a link my grandson provided on his Christmas wish list. I ordered about 4 weeks ago and I still have not rec’d the shoes. I knew something was awry when I rec’d the initial confirmation and it included “cashmere socks” that I’d not ordered as well as a charge for “shipping protection”. I got a response via email when I contacted them re: the socks. I believe the response was AI generated, but they did say they’d remove the socks from my order & refund the money charged for that. The tracking link provided also appears to be bogus since it always indicated my order has been shipped, yet 4 weeks later I haven’t received it. I’m sorry that this company is allowed to do business in the US. I believe the company is a scam.

They are all around horrible. The shoes run very small by at least a couple of sizes. The 30 day money back guarantee is a joke because they don't guarantee the products they sell. When customer service is contacted they will give the run around on the guarantee and then will lay all the blame on you. After this customer service will tell you that they are not responsible and will not exchange the item or return your money even though the product have a 30 day money back guarantee. Even when asked for a return label for the product to be shipped back to them. They will totally ignore that request. Instead they will offer you a 65 percent off your next order. Which I am sure no one will ever use because of the horrible customer service and product. Avoid this company at all cost.

Although the receipt included a 30-day money-back guarantee, our return was denied because the items were considered “on sale,” which wasn’t clearly disclosed at checkout. A partial refund was offered instead of a return due to overseas shipping. The policies as enforced did not match what was advertised.

No stars for this company... if it's even a company because I never received my order. No customer serious available. Please don't waist your time and money on this place.

Yeah scam. Support is non existent been over 10 business (they say 5-7) and. I haven’t gotten tracking. Support doesn’t reply back at all. Totally regret it, just pay for Birkenstocks. Not worth headache

Absolute scam company. Been over a month now and haven’t received anything. Tracking system is illegitimate and fake. Customer service does nothing but send you in circles.

If you make any purchase to them, you WILL be charged $35USD ($50CAD) monthly, unless you call or email to cancel your "subscription".
The VIP subscription is sneakily called "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" when you check out, claiming it is free. And you cannot remove it from your cart.
So every single person is 'signed up' unknowingly to their VIP subscription. And only after you place an order, does it show that it's $35USD on your original receipt.

I’ve had a very negative experience with this company. After I purchased my shoes, it took three weeks to arrive. They had a very strong chemical smell and were very uncomfortable. I requested a return shipping label. They stated that they do not do returns if they are discounted. They always offer you a deal so that they don’t have to return the product per their policy. I had to reach out to my credit card company to get involved because they would not return them.

They charged my card $34, 3 times!! I only purchased once from them and I had to dispute it with my bank and get a new card. Shoes are also low quality. Do not buy from them. They’re a complete scam!!

Do not but from cloggs i bought a pair of sandals they came out to be super cheap and uncomfortable and cloggs keeps pulling money from my account after purchasing only one item they already pulled $37 and $34 dollars from my bank and i only purchased from there website once!!!!!!! definitely a scam going on now i got to make a new card.

Do NOT purchase anything from this website. I trusted this brand seeing vids on tiktok and whatnot. Ordered two pairs, their website says delivery within 5-7 days. It's now going on 16 days with no information on tracking.

The items are shipped from China which is understand why it takes so long but they guaranteed shipping on their website. It's false advertising.
