Es war einfach super, alles toll! Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder.....

From searching for a pricing for sleeve gastrectomy, right through to actually having the procedure and the after care, my experience with Clinics United was second to none - superb!
Alexandra communicated excellently what was going to happen, how and when, there was no stone left unturned and her pleasant customer service started the whole process off in the best possible way.
On arrival in Antalya I was looked after by Ayse (actual communication before I even left England), she looked after every aspect of me and my time in the Yasam hospital (very clean, excellent nurses, well equipped with latest technologies). From the pre-op tests that were needed, to simply having a juice with me and making sure I was alright, I felt well looked after and certainly not alone for a moment of the, rather quick, 4 days I was in Turkey. Ayse = Superstar!
No complications after, and very happy with results already - 17 kilos in 2 1/2 weeks (Y)

Vaser Liposuction treatment £2,250 (opt for no hotels) only transfers. Realised in the end this was overpriced compare to the level of care I received from Claudia & Ayse. Very assisting in the beginning esp with the monies.My bad is I trust people easily which these days you shouldn’t esp if it is to do with your HEALTH.
Im sorry that my review to this clinic is late because of the death of my father. Pls allow me to detail this experience.The results after 4 months is still a botched operation,my tummy is still uneven like a road with too many bumps & the love handles also same, very bad! My big question is who really did this operation. At the O.R I saw lots of men in there with masks, so I did not see Dr Erol, even if I saw him I would not know anything once you are put to sleep.
Recovery room: too stuffy, uncomfortable, the buzzer on bed does not work properly, nurse will come does not speak English she is the head nurse..when she changed my drip really bruised my hand stabbing the needle quickly, result was bad it leaked everywhere on floor the drip. She told me off for not observing it but how can I , could not move my body I was so uncomfortable, my back is soaked of blood ( if you are scared of blood you would have fainted ) she did not want to change me & rather wait for the nurses who are due to come in the morning to do it. Ayse only dropped & left me to the cosy room that day, no texts of hi or are you okay ….The first room I have paid for as they say yes all very nice,clean, good views etc but when I opened my eyes after the op I was in a different bad state of room, It was very hot & stuffy . The head nurse said not working the a.c. She could have get an electric fan ( or open a window at least …but no to that ) The ward was not even busy with lots of going crazy buzzers that night as I didn’t sleep at all .
Guess what next mid morning that’s the only time Ayse came back & she put the a.c ON !!!
Ayse bought me a coffee she felt sorry & helped Dr Erols assistant to change my dressing ready to leave hospital. If I was a difficult patient/ person I could contact Claudia or Ayse from my phone during the overnight stay from that horrid room but I didn’t cos I knew how tired they were which is so selfish of me to bother them. My surgery is scheduled at 4pm it happened around 5pm. If you want to go ahead for this clinic pls do not take an afternoon sched as there will be not enough nurse only one horrible rude nurse was on duty who has no emphaty. Dr Erol was v nice & his assistant.But I have No idea who did this op for me & I deeply regret it !! I am still in constant pain on my sides like sharp blades been run on my body. ( Told Claudia all this as I needed help on what to do ) I’m not scared of needles , blood or anything but now I had a trauma going for an operation if I need to probably if a relative of mine is with me then yes.
Back to Claudia on post op upon my return to London;
*she makes a lot of excuses & pretend don’t understand me ( can you imagine talking to someone who tries not to listen and worst is to make you repeat your question over & over, asking to send pictures of your stomach etc then she’ll say will be referred to dr but to no concrete explanation/ answers ) all she will say is she had an emergency.. so I will write and ask few days after any feedback from doctor ..then the next thing you know all your chat conversations were deleted on her end, all evidence of pictures deleted on her side as in everything!! She set her whats app to default/delete me after 7 days which is not right?What did she do to all our conversations ? This is a health record from your patient & not a friends chat why Claudia delete them ?? So I just stop reaching out as it is frustrating, my question were not even hard to answer. Fair enough if I was horrible , rude but was never rude to any one of them. I am a patient person but v stupid to trust people that’s for sure!

One thing I noticed if you are white or European then yes you will be looked after well. I do not need cuddles or constant attention, I need answers & resolution but she failed to do that.
The most I hated is why Claudia deleted all conversations & pictures ? her setting on whats app is different before it was not like that at all. Now I cannot go back on the conversations as everything is gone.
I have to live with this result, I feel there were a lot of excess liquid, blood etc & that distributed everywhere on my hips, stomach. On my research this will all depends on the actual operation, how much time they have for you. I came thru a very busy hospital that afternoon, who knows what actually happened.
I’m just grateful I survived & came out alive .

1st class service from initial contact through to my surgery. Ayse was amazing...made me feel very reassured. I am delighted with the results and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them.

We couldn't have wished for a faster and less complicated process. From contact to surgery in less than 14 days. Thank you Fatma for the great support, without you the gastric sleeve would still be wishful thinking.
Fatma and Cem make it really easy on site, with or without company.
Many thanks also to the driver, the doctor and the nurses. We felt completely comfortable and taken care of. Better than in Germany. Can only recommend it to everyone. Just write or call Fatma, she will take care of everything on site.
You also meet other fellow sufferers every day and can thus exchange your experiences and thereby completely take away your fear of the operation. It really couldn't have gone any better. Top, top, top!

Claudia is a Golden Nugget.. very friendly and professional.. nothing is too much trouble..very caring also..if she was a holiday rep then your having the best holiday!!

I travelled to Antalya and went with clinics United as was recommended by friends of mine! And as recommended they were amazing went above and beyond in their care Alexandra and ayse were brilliant and on hand all along my journey, my surgery went well my surgeon and the hospital staff could not do enough for me and the hospital was exceptionally clean very different to hospitals in the uk . I would highly recommend clinics United 🇹🇷

Also mal ein kleiner Bericht. Bin seit Samstag zurück, ein Freund wurde am Mittwoch auch operiert.
Meine Empfehlung zu clinics United, Fatma ☺️, zu gehen hat er iwie ausgeschlagen und ist nach Istanbul.
Ich als Begleitung mit.
Erster grober Unterschied, die Planung und Information im Vorfeld bzw. zur Vorbereitung gab es nicht. Also haben meine Erfahrungen und Unterlagen geholfen. Dann vor Ort heilloses Chaos. „Städtische“ Klinik in der die Gesellschaft sich in ein Stockwerk eingemietet hat.
Operationsplan gab es keinen, immer nur die Information wieviele noch vor ihm dran sind.
Dann um 20.00 Uhr die OP, um 10.00 am Folgetag wurde der Katheder gezogen und um 14.00 entlassen . Ein Riesen Paket mit Medikamenten, Schmerzmittel und einem Diätplan auf Türkisch.
Natürlich ging es ihm nicht gut und im Nachhinein hat er sich auch geärgert nicht zu der Klinik von mir gegangen zu sein.
Im Vergleich zu meiner OP und Klinik Erfahrung war seine Behandlung der absolute Höllentrip.
Mit Fatma als Beraterin, mit der Klinik und den Ärzten habe ich mich in der Vorbereitung, Operation und Nachsorge immer sicher und wohl gefühlt. Das Ergebnis spricht auch für sich, nach mittlerweile 15 Monaten.
Ist sicher nicht in jeder Istanbuler Klinik so wie beschrieben, aber ich hatte damals auch Kontakt zu zwei verschiedenen Kliniken und habe mich dann auf mein Bauchgefühl verlassen, damals noch riesig 🙈, und mich für CU mit Fatma entschieden.

Ich wünsche aber allen die den Weg noch vor sich haben oder gegangen sind, die selben positiven Erfahrungen, mindesten das selbe Ergebnis bei der Abnahme und Freude an dem neuen Leben und Körpergefühl.

Nach der Erfahrung der letzten Woche auch nochmal Riesen Lob für Fatma, die Schwestern und den Arzt. Macht weiter so.

Ich habe über Clinics United eine Schlauchmagen-OP machen lassen. Ich wurde von Fatma Ceylan betreut. Nachdem uch vom Flughafen abgeholt wurde hat Fr. Ceylan schon vor der Klinik auf mich gewartet und mich herzlich begrüßt.
Ich wurde von ihr durch die ganzen Voruntersuchungen begleitet.
Durch ihr gutes Verhältnis zum Klinikpersonal ging alles sehr zügig. Nach der OP war Fr. Ceylan jeden Tag bei mir und gefragt wie es mir geht oder ob ich etwas brauche. Sie war im Vorhinein, während des Klinikaufenthaltes und ist danach immer für einen da wenn man Fragen oder Anliegen hat.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder diesen Schritt gehen, diese OP machen und mich von Fr. Ceylan betreuen lassen.

Cannot fault these guys Alex (admin) came back with fast quote and details, Once booked she kept in contact prior to trip and called me when I got to Turkey. Ayse (chaperone) then contacted me the first night at the hotel to arrange hospital schedule. She came with the driver to pick me up and stayed with me throughout the booking in process explaining each step. Ayse was there when I woke up reassuringly and stayed to let me know the arrangements for my discharge. She went to the pharmacy and collected my medication and was very helpful and calming. She checked on me at the hotel after a couple of days following surgery. Prof Dr Errol and his assistant (cannot recall his name but he was lovely) were amazing. What was very reassuring was that they put my safety and well-being before money flatly stating what they could do safely and what they were not prepared to do. I would definitely recommend Clinics United (I already have). I also highly recommend doing all of your own due diligence and research about any surgery before traveling and to ask lots of questions.

Arrival on 23.12 and departure on 27.12 - I have rarely seen anything so professional from the clinic. The doctors and nurse (<3) are a dream and go out of their way to explain everything to the patient. In addition to the gastric sleeve surgery, the gall bladder was also removed directly because gallstones were detected during the ultrasound. Super consultation with all the options available. I have never had such a check-up in Germany and I am glad that I chose a clinic in Turkey. As soon as you make contact, you get the lovely Fatma at your side. Fatma really does answer all questions about the surgery around the clock. Due to our spontaneity, it was possible to bring the surgery date forward - the whole thing only took 4-5 Whatsapp messages. Absolutely perfect. Fatma will meet you at the hospital and coordinate all the doctor's appointments with you. Through her experience and the contacts in the clinic, we were able to complete all appointments within 2 hours on the day of arrival. She is always there to translate and explain everything.
During my stay, she was on site every day and if she was not there, a short Whatsapp message was enough. She is concerned about everyone and takes care of you in any way she can. She also organises the departure with the driver and/or the contact with other Germans on site. I have rarely met such a hearty person and am looking forward to her staying with me for at least another year and continuing to look after me. Fatima <3 See you for the "mommy makeover".

I had my gastric tube surgery exactly 10 days ago. I am super satisfied with the clinic and especially with dear Fatma. Fatma accompanies the patients with heart and soul during their stay in the clinic and also for a long time after the operation. With her cordial and professional manner, one feels in very good hands and is well informed about everything. The doctor was super friendly and the clinic was very clean and modern. There is a family atmosphere and you feel very well cared for!

Clean clinic, great preparation for the surgery with examinations such as X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, lung test, gastroscopy, etc.
Supported at every opportunity by the dear Fatma, who is always at hand, for tips or even for translations and also the nursing staff always had a smile on their face despite heavy work, one felt very well taken care of. Also after the surgery the care was very good.
Whether painkillers or fluid drip, blood sampling, etc., everything was always done quickly.
I can recommend this clinic with a clear conscience!!!!!
