Grand Clinic . OSTRZEŻENIE!
Ku przestrodze wszystkim, którzy rozważają Grand Clinic w Stambule: trzymajcie się od tego miejsca z daleka. Moja wizyta zakończyła się trwałym uszczerbkiem na zdrowiu, deformacją ciała i nieludzkim potraktowaniem.
Poddałam się pakietowi operacji: abdominoplastyka, BBL, liposukcja 360 oraz liposukcja ud. Wynik jest tragiczny. Moja sylwetka po liposukcji i BBL jest całkowicie niesymetryczna i „krzywa”. Zamiast wymarzonego efektu,mam krzywe ciało , które wymaga skomplikowanych i kosztownych napraw u prawdziwych specjalistów.
Najgorsze wydarzyło się jednak w trakcie „opieki” pooperacyjnej. Przez skandaliczne zaniedbania i źle założoną odzież uciskową, doszło u mnie do trwałego uszkodzenia ud. Mam głębokie, trwałe blizny i deformacje tkanki, których nie da się już prosto usunąć. To, co zrobiono z moimi nogami, to błąd w sztuce i skrajne niedbalstwo.
Standardy obsługi pacjenta w tej klinice nie istnieją:
1. Brak opieki: Gdy czułam się fatalnie po tak rozległych zabiegach, zamiast wsparcia, zostałam potraktowana jak przedmiot i zajmował się mną mąż
2. Wyrzucenie z hotelu: W stanie pooperacyjnym, obolała i wycieńczona, zostałam wyrzucona z hotelu.
3. Koczowanie na lotnisku: Klinika kazała mi siedzieć na lotnisku przez 10 godzin, mimo że ledwo trzymałam się na nogach po abdominoplastyce i liposukcji. To narażenie życia i zdrowia pacjenta!
Musiałam sobie z mężem radzić na własną rękę …
Dostałam przeprosiny przez whatssap że to wina hotelu . Że nie mieli miejsca …a zapłaciłam za 7 dni hotelu z czego byłam w nim o kilka dni mniej, na niesymetryczność ciała mam odpowiedź : czekaj do końca rekonwalescencji … Minęło 5 tygodni , poczekam do końca ale od początku po operacji jestem niesystematyczna . Zbadana przez lekarza w Polsce i fizjoterapeutę , ocena jest taka iż to nie opuchlizna ani seroma , tylko najprawdopodobniej błąd ….Zamiast naprawienia błędów, klinika przeszła do agresji. Ze strony konsultantów i prezesa , niejakiej P . F… .Obecnie jestem zastraszana ,że jak coś chcę to mam przylecieć do Turcji . Próbują mnie zmusić do milczenia i powrotu do Turcji, ale po tym, co przeszłam, nigdy więcej nie oddam swojego życia w ich ręce.
Mam pełną dokumentację medyczną i zdjęcia moich uszkodzonych ud .Nie dam się zastraszyć. Publikuję tę opinię, aby nikt inny nie musiał przechodzić przez to piekło. Grand Clinic to fabryka, która nie liczy się ze zdrowiem i godnością człowieka

Na blizny jest odpowiedź :posmaruj maścią
Mam kontakt z Panią po nieudanym liftingu , dostała zakażenie , była również Pani , która miała rozległą operację i wchodząc do pokoju hotelowego , zastała tam obcych ludzi , musiała czekać w recepcji kilka godzin aby dostać pokój . Jedna Pani z Portugalii miała BBL i również ma powikłania . W wiadomościach prywatnych coraz więcej ujawnia się pokrzywdzonych …

Tylko piszą na komunikatorze , przyleć porozmawiamy .
Co to za rozwiązanie ?
Mydlą oczy , a konkretnego rozwiązania brak . Może i nawet po 3 miesiącach zejdzie całkowicie opuchlizna , ale nigdy ta asymetria nie zniknie i moje blizny trwale z nóg nie znikną magicznie .
W środku już powstał zrost który deformuje nogę … co zostało stwierdzone przez fizjoterapeutę .

I jak tu się dogadać ??? Sił brak …
Nie ufajcie pseudo influencerom . Bo to się źle kończy .
Dodam jeszcze ,że nie mam faktury za operację na 5000 euro ,ani nie dali mi ubezpieczenia .
Każą mi po to przylecieć na własny koszt i złożyć podpis . Mam dowody w postaci konwersacji .
KLINIKA NIE WYDAŁA MI FAKTURY ZA ZAPŁACONĄ OPERACJĘ . Nie wydała mi również ubezpieczenia .

Dr Omer rhinoplasty surgent did a great job, the clinic was clean, well prepared, modern, the staff is helpful, not everybody speaks good English though. I paid 2500 TL for the medicines which is a good price. I recommend them with pure heart.

Ho fatto una liposuzione con il dott. Nurettin Uzer e mi sono trovata molto bene. Scorso anno sempre con lui avevo fatto mummy make over (seno, lipo fianchi, bbl e addominoplastica). È empatico e preciso. Lo consiglio!

Sono stato praticamene truffato per questa clinica,per fare un intervento di liposcultura nella quale eramo d’accordo 3550€ in una operazione a 360 gradi più addomino plastica quando è arrivato il giorno della visita medica hanno chiesto 500€ancora per le gambe la quale non c’è era spiegato che non era compreso nella operazione a 360gradi,comunque le abbiamo dato i 500€ ma non stato fatto nessuna eliminazione del grasso de parte delle gambe appena arrivati a casa e a potuto fare là doccia sì a reso conto che non c’è stato nessun intervento alle gambe,solo al momento di richiedere il soldi che stato il interprete alla consegna dei 3550€ anche quando hanno chiesto i 550 per le gambe già che sono venuti pure con otra persona che portava il bancomat comunque los visitare ancora io devo tornare in aprile ma certamente no a fare nessun Inter ma andrò a chiedere mie soldi

Sono davvero stata bene, all’inizio mi hanno detto che mi operava un chirurgo ma alla fine mi ha operato un altro, ma sono stati davvero tutti molto disponibili e carini. Consiglio vivamente questa Clinica perché sono davvero professionali. Sono super contenta del lavoro che mi hanno fatto, un bbl.

I am so happy with Azat, he answered all my questions and helped me through everything. This time I did fox eyes but 1 year ago, I did lipo, tummy tuck and bbl. Azat reached to me after the operation as aftercare and because I felt at ease I did now fox eyes. I’m still healing but I see the results. I recommend this clinic so much because they are alle sweet and professional and te service is amazing. Thank you to you Azat and the doctor and grand clinic. :)

We have visited Grand Clinic in Turkey three times, and each visit has been really great.
The team at Grand Clinic pays attention to every little detail and gives excellent aftercare and follow up. In our case, we were personally looked after by Azat, the director of aftercare. He is really outstanding, always attentive, patient and professional, making sure every part of our post-procedure care is clear, comfortable and safe. His constant guidance, follow up and warm approach made us feel fully supported and confident the whole time. Azat really makes the patient care experience something special.

Dr. Nurettin Üzer shows warmth and empathy from the very first meeting. He explains every step in detail, answers all our questions, and makes sure we really understand the process. His professional but friendly manner makes the whole experience smooth, safe and reassuring. Every interaction shows his genuine commitment to his patients wellbeing.

Am 14.10.2025 habe ich mich entschlossen ein mommy makeover in der Grand Clinic zu machen. Es war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens. Operiert hat mich Dr. Nurettin Üzer. So ein toller Arzt. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und würde mich immer wieder dafür entscheiden. Vielen Dank für das neue Lebensgefühl 🧿🍀

I had a deep plane facelift on 24th February with Dr Murat Bilgin, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is an exceptional surgeon — professional, polite, and incredibly reassuring. He saw me twice after the surgery, which made me feel very well cared for. I would not hesitate to choose him again.

The hospital itself was quite basic; however, the nurses were kind and attentive, despite not speaking English.

We stayed at the Land Park Hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately one blonde receptionist was extremely rude and appeared to laugh at us when we returned after surgery feeling very vulnerable. At that moment especially, a little kindness would have meant a great deal. In my opinion, the hotel felt more like a three-star than a four-star.

I would also like to mention Rose, our assistant, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. She spoke excellent English and was incredibly supportive, helpful, and reassuring from start to finish. The young man who accompanied us to and from the hospital was also very helpful and kind, which we truly appreciated.

Having surgery in another country can make you feel very vulnerable, so feeling safe and supported is extremely important. Overall, I am very happy with my surgical results and grateful for the care I received. I will be returning for further surgery in the near future.

Mi sono trovata benissimo nella Grand Clinic. Fin dal primo momento ho trovato un ambiente professionale e accogliente. Il personale è stato sempre attento, disponibile e pronto a rassicurarmi in ogni fase del percorso. L’assistenza h24 mi ha fatta sentire seguita e al sicuro anche nel post intervento. Un’esperienza davvero positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. 💛

I would like to thank Azat for the support through the aftercare of my mummy makeover and my teeth journey, absolutely fantastic aftercare. Ensuring i was happy with my results and communicating with the surgeon and dentist.

I had my  deep plane face&neck lift &full bleferoplasty procedure with Dr Murat Bilgin from Grand Clinic, he performed a good operation,  symmetrical, no nerve damaged.
Jazmin was my medical advisor, she is 5 star, super helpful, good communication skills, patient, always reachable, excellent english.She was reccomended to me and i will reccomended her anytime.
My operation took place in Doğa Hospital as my Dr was there on 1st Feb  and not in Grand  Clinic on 2nd Feb, as apparently was overbooked. This change scared me a bit as Grand Clinic was reccomended to me and knew nothing about this new hospital, but i trusted Jazmin and had good feeling about my designated Doctor. The night nurse that took good care of me after my operation, was a blond beautiful angel but the day shift nurses on 2nd Feb were terrible. They shouldn't be allowed to work with patients, i was bleeding from IV canula that was half out as they put me a short tube with medication and they didn't care,didn't came to me not even when i called them by the button and went out  2 times to get help. 0 help from this day nurses.They blocked the emergency button so 3rd time i couldn't call.The next nurses 2nd Feb. night time were better, alert, together with the emergency Dr they changed my bleeding IV canula and medicated me, Dr was super nice to me, very human, assured me, i woke up less swallowed and pain free thx to medication he administered me.
Taxi tranfer was good.Hotel was nice, spacious room, good shower, but no english movie channels and not enough eggs in the breakfast, many vegetable choices and deli cuts, also both hospital and hotel need new pillows, they feel like are filled with lots of old socks,  the head cant rest on it. I waited too long for the translator at my arrival and waited more than 2 hrs to see my Dr before i leave home, this wasn't pleasant either. They can better coordinate. The Xray nurse needs better training at this Doģa H., specifically with thyroid ptotection collar,she called me 2 times and took 2 x-rays of my chest.
I will reccomend Grand Clinic as my operation was a succes with their Dr. and Jazmin is very good. Probably i would give 5 star if my stay and procedure was in the actual Grand Clinic itself

Sono stata alla grand clinic a settembre per una rinoplastica, sono passati 5 mesi dall’operazione e sono molto soddisfatta, l’operazione è andata bene, il chirurgo e tutto il personale sono stati gentili e premurosi e molto scrupolosi in tutto, consiglio questa clinica sia per l’esperienza ottima avuta sia per il risultato perché sono molto soddisfatta
