I'd be more inclined to give a 4.5 review. Physically, it's great. Definitely works your fingers in unique ways. The biggest drawback is its fragility. Don't use this over any hard floor. With an allen screw right in the middle of a small piece of plastic, the holds break easily. The company is very responsive though and did (eventually) get me the replacement holds. I think supply chain issues more than a lack of wherewithal. Makes a great gift too for all ages and abilities.

To start, my son just opened his package with the boulder block, so we haven’t had it for very long. It was delivered a week ago, but I left it wrapped until he opened it on Easter morning. He was stoked to see the wooden block with the holds that look and feel like they came off the rock wall. (Definitely not like the cheap, knock-off products you can find elsewhere that look like they’ll break after a drop to the floor.) My son didn’t notice that the challenge cards and brush were missing from the package, but I contacted customer support via email and received a quick reply from Ryan at Climbers Gift Support. He was so helpful, and quick to assure me that the missing items would be sent out. Today I received the tracking number for the package with the brush and cards.

Mistakes happen, but how it’s resolved makes all the difference. And in this case, I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with this company as a whole. They provide an awesome, high-quality product at a fair price, and great customer service should you need assistance.

I already have plans to purchase another block or two for my nephews and niece!

Climbers gift are definitely the real deal, as soon as I got much hands on it I could feel how the holds were just like climbing holds for friction. I was scared of it being a scam so I researched before buying and it did not disappoint.

Excellent customer service. I received one of their game card box with no game cards inside. I shot an email immediately, and Ryan sorted me out within 2 days. Happy shopping experience, and let's hope my nephew likes his present, too!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I paid £7.50 for express shipping (which claims to deliver in 5-7 days). We are now on day 7 and they are yet to even dispatch the order!!! I emailed to get an update and was sent an email full of AI generated slop!! I am now battling to get a full refund and cancellation of the order. DO NOT BUY!

Great communication

Nice little product, but by a poorly run Shopify store. I bought one in mid-November, but it wasn't fully delivered until mid-January. Their advertising implies everything is hand-built locally and is 'back in stock', but neither are true. A nice present soured by deceptive business practices. Next time, I'd buy from a competitor on Amazon for a fraction of the price, with next-day delivery. If you still want one, buy it way in advance. Hopefully your patience is stronger than your grip strength.

I think the company is using a lot of AI marketing, the trustpilot reviews sound fake and use a lot of the language used in the online ads.

The could block although a good build quality is a bit of a gimmick and a poor training device in my opinion.

They barely give you any advice on using it and because it relies mainly on a pinch grip it’s not really a challenge. It’s just going from pinch grip to pinch grip putting a lot of pressure through the thumb tendon. I think they’ve realised this and that’s why there is very little instruction on how to use the product. It will probably live its life as a shelf curio or pinch block.

Our order was lost in customs, probably due to the government shut down. When we reached out to the company, they answered us immediately and sent us a replacement order. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Great company! And terrific products! Climbing family and friends love their gifts.

I had dropped my boulder block after having it a few days and it broke one of the climbing holds. So I messaged the company on Instagram. They responded in less than 24 hours and shipped me out a replacement hold free of charge. Amazingly respectful customer service.

I ordered two of the blocks knowing they were on back order and probably wouldn’t arrive until into the New Year. However, they arrived yesterday so that was a bonus. I could track their progress and even Royal Mail did their bit quickly.

The blocks are really good quality. I can’t even hold the thing but my partner is addicted already. He can’t put it down and is enjoying customising it and following the cards.

There was a slight issue with my order so I contacted the company through their website. I’ve had a lovely email and everything is being resolved. Great customer service. I can’t fault them.

This isn’t a cheap product but the quality and service are excellent and worth every penny. Buy the real thing. Just beware, they are very addictive :)

It’s great fun and surprisingly good for the fingers! Really well made. It’s going to go on the next trip to Norway for a spot of competition in the evenings!

Great customer service! Ordered late November for a Christma gift. Got an email that they were backlogged and if needed by a certain date to let them know. I needed it no later than 12/19 because it was for my daughter and son-in-law, and they were leaving for a trip on 12/20. Received the package 12/18. The boulder block is high quality and has some weight to it.

Great company, products excellent, worth the money.
Any issues were quickly resolved, excellent communication very quick.
They had to rush an order through as it didn’t all come originally but then very quick and kept me informed.
Brilliant customer service, very pleased.
Recommend them, good quality and service. Felt very valued as a customer.
