Really great to work with Simon on arranging bridging finance for house purchase. He was very patient, clear in explanations, and went the extra mile connecting my solicitors with Precise's solicitors to make the exchange happen and expediting details that were not in his work scope. Very grateful I did this route as the first agreed sale on my existing house fell through in the chain, and working with Simon guaranteed we got the house we really wanted. Highly recommended.

As an expat looking to get a mortgage in the UK for the first time in many years Clifton Private Finance were excellent in all areas. My initial contact, Alex Chambers, was a pleasure to deal with. His advice regarding the best options given my personal circumstances was invaluable and something I’d have struggled with if done on my own. Guidance was given on how best to complete the application process and all questions were answered quickly. The offer was received quickly once all the paperwork was submitted.

During the property purchase process Alex and Jan Guerin were always happy to assist wherever they could with the solicitors and the Bank in order to try and expedite proceedings despite them no longer having to be involved.
