Have downloaded and followed instructions as well as paying the £12.50 3 times now :(. Still restrictions haven't been lifted. Contacted support several times and still no response.

This app is not for you to be safe. Is for who ever owns this to make money. I have paid 2 times for form 12,5 that doesn’t do anything. And also I have noticed that many feedback are been deleted. I safe almost every number that have bad reviews and now when they calling the reviews are empty.

Paid £12.50 for the out of hours restriction removal forms and it did nothing, It says if you have any issues with making a payment start a support ticket within the app, so i did. Theres an error sumbitting the support ticket it just gives me "database error - do not reinstall"

Really helpful app, although some of my reviews have been removed. It must be hard to maintain the bandwidth, with all the dodgy blokes & timewasters out there. It's helped to keep me feeling safer.

The site help the industry somehow to be safer, Over time, the quality of clients in this industry has changed — and not for the better. There are far too many time-wasters, players, and individuals with bad intentions these days. It’s disappointing to see how respect and professionalism have declined.

I miss the time when this service was something only serious, respectful, and professional clients could afford and appreciate. Back then, interactions were smoother, safer, and more rewarding for both sides. Things now feel a lot more risky and unpredictable, which is not what this work should be about.
On rare occasions, I would say that one or another number might end up on the site by mistake — especially when we’re working and getting several calls or texts at once. It’s easy to get numbers mixed up, especially if someone no-shows or cancels last minute and we’re trying to quickly mark them.

I don’t think it happens often, but mistakes can happen. That’s why it’s important to double-check before posting, and also have a way for people to dispute if they believe they were listed by error.

This app is an absolute disgrace. I have reviews from girls I have never even met. Defamatory remarks and accusations when I wasn’t even in the country. The app should be closed down. Any random girl can accuse of man of anything without any recourse or opportunity for them to comment.

Dreadful experience. I am verified on AW and love it because it is 2 way and generally keeps the reviewers honest (aside from pimps which are obvious). I have over 30 x 100 percent positive gushing reviews on AW but the very rare odd moment that arises in 10 years that I have to cancel a meeting where something critical has cropped up and even though I ALWAYS offer to pay 100 percent of the fee, some escorts are so pissed that they think I’m bullshitting about paying anyway write some really nasty stuff and go on a rant on here which is void of reprisal because it’s all one way. I get they may have had a bad day or week with time wasters but that’s why I always pay in full to show I’m 100 percent genuine. Sadly some just go mental. That’s why it’s always best to book through a system that both parties can review each other.

I have had excellent results using this app over the years, it has saved me a lot of time wasted and helped me avoid potentially very dangerous, unscrupulous and scamming “clients”. Unfortunately, other workers seem to forget that you’re NOT supposed to tell any clients about Clienteye at all, ever! You cannot threaten or say you’re leaving them a bad review because they will simply change their number and continue to waste the time of, abuse and rip-off escorts. Those workers whom have done this, have ruined the service.
Today is 8/03/25 and very sadly, it seems that the service has been dissolved or taken down as I can’t access it anymore... I was doing so to help a fellow escort who had been drugged and raped during what initially seemed like an ordinary meeting, with a regular, a man that he even said he trusted.
Without Clienteye, this monster is free to do the same to anyone else, which is horrifying. I will dearly miss Clienteye, I only hope I can remain safe in my work. Sex work is work too.

Nasty service provider that I didn't even meet left me a bad report saying I was dirty, rough, Insulting and pushing boundaries.
I have tried without success to get my number removed from clieneye as they don't give a damn.
Be everly careful of this app that sex workers can use against honest service seekers.
Clienteye needs to review how the app is run.

Disgruntled sex workers abuse this app and exaggerate reports

I am glad for this app it can save lives.

Unfortnately as time has gone on because so many women use it a small percentage of women have abused it by exaggerating reports. So you need to use your own judgement as well, plus look at how many reports have been wrote about one client, if there is several reports and each woman can only make 1 report then the chances are you should listen and be on your guard. Most of my regulars and good behaving clients have no reports so it still works well. Just use your own judgement with it as you need both for this type of industry.

There is some women that have broken all the rules not just once but twice. Slave to love who is submissiveBBWWhore on AWork has told clients they have serious reports against them even sent them screenshots to show them their report this has gone on to endanger other women that have reported this client and all they do is change their sim. She knows the rules that it is made clear to all members that sign up. She ignores this and gets annoyed when for a second time she is banned.

A lot of men do know that ClientEye exists but they do not have access to see if they have any reports so will only know if they get told. So women like slavetolove need to stop endangering other workers safety, stop being selfish and stop blaming other people because she does this to herself. She is a very entiltled woman who believes she can do as she likes with no consequences. She complains when men are rough and hurt her but does not tell the bit where her whole advertisements and promotions tell the men she likes to be treated very rough so do as you like. Half truths are not acceptable and clearly no self respect for her body or mind.

This app was great when it first came out, as an escort I supported it and used it, but,
Recently it has completely changed, and acts like a weird scam now.
My membership is paid up to the time I'm writing this, and I had been using the app for years having gone through all the verification stuff,
But I went on recently and it now treats me like a criminal, saying I have to pay money to 'buy them a coffee ' perhaps multiple times, on top of the monthly subscription, that I may get a 'chance', without guarantee, to talk to someone on the customer service team so I can unrestrict myself despite having been restricted for no reason, (and they literally say your 'restricted for no reason other than we just decided to restrict everyone', and by implication hold them to ransom to become unrestricted.
One can not open a support ticket, or contact them in any way.
Despite my account being logged in, payment stuff clearly visible including ongoing subscription, it treats me now like I'm a free using weirdo telling me I've used up my 'free' stuff

Given the nature of this app and how it has built a customer base and support, and their recent changes,
I am making a report of this, to be submitted to the relevant internet safety regulators, to the business practice regulators etc. as in its current state, this app is behaving like a 100% scam, is behaving in a highly illegal manner.
It literally is just recieving money from escorts, whilst providing none of the services it claims and blocking any attempts to contact them.

Basically over exposure. When it was first out, it was good and free. Unfortunately now, every bad client knows about it. They simply change their simms. Most use burner phones anyway. Some are even considering suing Clienteye for libel. They have open discussions about it on UK punting, metaphorically laughing in escorts faces or feeling rather p***ed off if their number is on a data base (which apparently you have jump through burning hoops to get removed). One of the biggest problems are disgruntled sex workers making false or wildly exaggerated reports. You're better off saving your money and using good old fashioned intuition. There are other ways to weed out undesirables.
