Dreadful experience.
I did an online search for flights to the USA. Click2book came back as the cheapest. I looked on trust pilot and the reviews seemed good so I booked for the price of £758 without cases for 2 people. No Money was taken out. I then get a call at 22.30 from what sounded like an Indian call centre saying since I booked, the taxes had increased so the price was now £1200. I booked less that 3 hours ago!!!! This is disgraceful!! I totally refused and will never consider using them again

Just had a lucky escape
Just had a lucky escape! Had a price of £4800 for return flights on the website. Filled out all the necesarry details and was just entering my card details when I had a call from click2book. Very confusing phone call stating the price I got was first come first serve and not guaranteed but could do the flights for £8000 which is good because the cheapest anywhere else is more than £10,000 which is a lie.
I then said I'd book it with the online price but he said this is not a guaranteed price and we would get a call in 24 hours if those flights at that price are still available. What happens if those flights are not available in 24hrs? After reading terms and condition there would be £75 cancellation fee for each passenger!
Since the alarming and smell a scam phone call, I have lost all confidence and will not be booking with click2book. The man on the phone was very rude and constantly interrupting me.
If your unsure, trust your gut and go with someone else.
