The return address is Australia so u can’t returnNo customer service. Don’t buy from them. I ordered then saw my daughter wearing something nearly identical so cancelled immediately. They replied I couldn’t cancel a sale item which is rubbish and breaches consumer rights. Then I read reviews and realised I should have checked prior to ordering the type of company and clearly not a good one

I have just received a bracelet that I ordered for my daughter, it has arrived in 3 pieces, I can’t get anyone to talk to me and when I go on the website Into my orders, it says I haven’t made any orders yet. Would be great if I could get a reply from someone.

Received the cancer awareness bracelet and in less than a month the item has become defect, it is now dull and tarnished, contacted support and was offered a free replacement, when stating this was not required and a refund would be preferred we (the customer!!) are now required to pay more money to cover postage to get this poor quality item to Australia from the UK!! And this is the only way a refund will be processed! After a number of emails, explaining their false advertisement on their website of tarnish free and waterproof jewellery, also showing heavily edited pictures to appear better quality, support have miraculously vanished and now not replying holding on to customers money!! An awful company DO NOT BUY!!

Received 2 big sis little sis rings,lovely packaging and note, however the rings are not meant to tarnish but within 2 weeks if was badly tarnished and left my finger black/green with irritation, customer service is shocking I sent photos and they immediately sent out another 2 identical ones then told me, when I said I didn’t want them and would like a refund I was told I would have to return all 4 rings from the UK to Australia,at my own expense only gave 1 star as u can’t give none, I’d never recommend this company

Ordered mother and daughter ring on the 1st of November which I wouldn’t have done had I realised it came from china! But have had no emails from them since the 4th, can’t find anything about where the parcel is or if it’s even coming, will not be in using this site again.

One star is generous but that's the lowest I can give. Shipped from China despite being Australian company. Appalling quality. Allegedly the ring is sterling silver but weighs virtually nothing and the pattern engraving is dreadful, the finish of the rest of the ring is very rough. I imagine these are being stamped out in a factory by their thousands. Absolute rip off.

Took a while to arrive but realised it was coming from China. Said it’s sterling silver on their website but I’ve worn it a week and it’s already turning copper coloured. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

My order took over three weeks to come. It was over the delivery date and didn’t realise it was coming from China!
The parcel landed and the boxes were smashed to bits! I got 15% refund for all the hassle. Very mean and need to buy a new box for each of the gifts!

Big sis little sis ring has the quality of the pound shop. Disgusting quality and arrived from China postal address to return is in Australia.

Complete and utter rubbish terrible customer service avoid at all costs save your money you will find better in a charity shop.

Ordered big sister little sister ring on the 18/9, arrived 27/9. In a pretty pink box, lovely verse inside with a very pretty ring.

Absolutely shocking service. Item arrived too small and not the best quality. I wanted to return for a refund which there policy says you can, what it fails to tell you is that you have to post back to Australia!!!! Which even for a small item is £14.99.. I have sent numerous emails.. there policy also states about there customer care etc…. But they don’t even reply to most if my messages.. awful company would NOT recommend

only just had sisters ring delivered snd they pissed me off i ask before ordering if it comes with bthe poem so they know what the ring symbolizes they said yes with s returning an email very quickly becauseits for an order but don't bother when ireply for complaint but after reading reviews which i wish i done before i find out they in Australia so they will be in bed

Please do not buy from this company, my order was apparently lost by the courier, after nearly 2 weeks of no replies I was finally notified to say a replacement had been sent, this was sent form China and arrive some 3 weeks later, when it arrived it did not have the lovely poem that was pictured with the necklace and quite honestly it is not worth the money paid for it, I could have purchased the same thing from Shein for considerably less money. I will not be giving this to my daughter as it is poor quality.

I bought a ring each for my daughters before Christmas, it never arrived in time!! One silver one gold, the silver ring is fine but the gold ring has turned colour, i emailed clever jewellery, they apologised and sent another one, this one has done the same and has also lost a jewel..
I've emailed numerous times, with no reply!!!! I don't like to leave negative reviews but I need too!!

I wish I had read the reviews first.
I bought 2 mother/daughter rings with hearts for my grown up daughters for Christmas. They arrived late. When I opened them, no cards and the rings looked like toy ones.
I asked for a refund/return lable and the address is Australia and I've to pay the return fee.
Absolutely gutted. The website it very well made, the rings not so much. Please if anyone reads this, do not buy anything from Clever Jewellery.

Order not delivered and no reply from the customer support.
Ordered ring on 9th November on 14day delivery. Support email on 20 November said it will be delivered in 2-4 days. Missed my daughters birthday.
What a joke of a company.

Update on 20/12/2024:
They have responded by saying the parcel got lost and replaced the item. I have received the ring I ordered.

Very poor value for money - I wish I had read the reviews first. The type of ring you’d get in a Christmas cracker !

Eventually sent my order after I had to chase a number of times. Sent a cheap, nasty looking ring which is definitely not sterling silver. If I had the energy I would try and get a refund

Bought a Mother/Daughter love knot ring last year to give to my daughter who is going to work abroad for a year. Gave it to her a month ago, she loved it…..but it turned copper colour and a stone fell out within a week or two of wearing. Her finger turned green. Poor quality and definitely not sterling silver. Contacted company, sent photos, to be told purchase date was out of their initial 30 day returns policy despite not being as described, faulty and not fit for purpose. Very disappointing and poor service. Would not buy from this company again.
