Terrible service cannot even get an apology from them and that's even going to the top man no aftercare reliable service and insulting staff they take advantage of how vulnerable you are will never recommend them problem not solved from before Christmas to date

It is particularly concerning to hear that you felt unsupported and that your concerns were not acknowledged, even after escalating the matter. This is far from the level of service and aftercare we strive to provide and we regret that we’ve fallen short in your case.
