Boycott them.
My hot tub was faulty after two months with the HL error code. My hot tub was in prestine condition. It went away for repair and when I received the spa back the control panel was scratched with marks on the liner. I have complained to the company. The resolution is to offer me a puncture repair kit. The item was damaged whilst in your care! I am absolutely disgusted in this company and after sales care! Boycott them! I will be taking this further.

The spa doesn’t work
The spa doesn’t work. Contacted clever spa on numerous occasions. There not interested. I also spent more money on other items to help my experience with the spa. Obviously money spent was a waste as can’t use the spa. Asked for money back but it’s like talking to a brick wall trying to get anything out of this disgusting inconsiderate company. Do not buy from clever spa.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some difficulty with your CleverSpa®. I can see you have been in touch with our resolutions team who have offered a collection and repair under the warranty to look into the issue you have reported. As your spa was not purchased directly through ourselves any refund would be down to the retailers discretion in line with their own returns policy. Items purchased via our website must be returned within 14 days. These items must be unopened and unused.

I can see you have been liaising with our retail team after the inspection on your spa, as no fault was found the retailer would not be able to issue a refund. For items purchased directly from ourselves, you must return the product to Clever Company within 14 days. This will require the product to be unopened and unused.

Thermal cover for lazy spa bought the Thermal cover and very happy with it at first. But have noticed small rips on the top of it so only going to get worse. I feel the outside material is not strong enough for purpose

Return process is abysmal
Return process is abysmal. Had to pay for returns which isn’t even the worst bit. No invoice in delivery package to identify how/what being returned. Had to call to then to start and acknowledge process of returning item then pay for tracked delivery. Even thou item has been received over 2 weeks ago I’ve still not received confirmation of this or more annoyingly my money back. I like the products but will very unlikely use them again, both products or website due to this.

First time setting up the hot tub and…
First time setting up the hot tub and error code HL.. rang support line and went through all the steps to try fix but still code was flashing so couldnt use it. Rang to get a refund and now apparently have to wait till they collect (which is 3 weeks away!!) then still wont get refunded till they investigate the error!! Surely of something is faulty you get refunded straight away when you havent even had a chance to use the item… will not buy from this company again
