This is a SCAM. Never arrived, they send the same automated response email!

I ordered mid January and haven’t even got an update on my order. I email them and get the same automated response back. “They will look into it”

Would give zero if I could. Got scammed. Customer service is a joke. Automated responses and now the website doesn’t even exist. I wish I could get my money back. Ordered 3/6/25 and as of today can no longer find my order number.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered two products six months ago. I keep getting a canned message. This is a SCAM.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE, Mine never came, keep getting an automated response on email, the company is basically fake, i have requested a refund, no one responses and the product was never delivered.

Since my terrible experience i have since seen many bad reviews and the entire company should be banned from Australia and not allowed to trade.

If I could put zero stars I would. Please don’t be duped into buying a Cleshy pillow. It comes from China. They have no customer service phone number. The email address to initiate a return came with a bounce back. The product is underwhelming. DO NOT WASTE your money!!

Scam! Still waiting on my order from Nov. Bot customer service response says same thing each time I email for feedback and refund. Chinese garbage!!

Ordered back on the 15th February, no product received and they are not responding to emails

Emails are now bouncing back and saying email is not available.

These people suck. Took the money really quick and never received the products. Every customer assistance email said the same thing. Sorry and we are investigating.

They are a scam, worst customer service ever experienced. Placed an order on January 8th by February 12th still no pillow or shipping information. When I reached out to the company their only response was “we are looking into it” yet no one would tell me anything. I had to place a dispute with my credit card to be able to get a refund. Terrible don’t buy from them.

Takes months to get your pillows. Sub standard. Do not use this website.

Horrible buying experience, the items are drop shipped from China so their claim of 7-10 business day shipping is bogus. I order a pillow set at the beginning of Novemeber and did not receive it until mid December! When I finally got the pillows I was underwhelmed by how rock and uncomfortable the pillow is. Do not buy!!

We bought Cleshy pillows and they were extremely uncomfortable and we had 100 day money back guarantee and we have tried to contact them to return and they won’t reply to any of our emails - don’t purchase from them customer service is non existent and extremely frustrating

Still waiting for my order to arrive. Ordered on Jan 16. Today is Valentines Day, February 14th. Get notices it is being shipped with a tracking number that goes nowhere. No customer service number to call. Have sent 2 emails with no response. My bank is reversing the charges.

Product not as promoted! Not the ergonomics they promote, also the material is not as described either.

These guys stink....ordered Dec 16, 2024....charged credit card immediately....today is Feb 2, 2025...no pillow, no emails, no follow up, no valid tracking...they do not reply to email and quite honestly, SHOP.COM (who processed transaction) stinks at customer follow up too. Go elsewhere...contacted my credit card company and they have reversed the charges

Ordered 2 pillows and 2 free pillow cases on December 17, 2024 - my credit card was charged on December 18, 2024. Tracking the order online was impossible. I reached out to company via their internet customer service (they had no phone number on website) several times and never received any response. Finally received pillows - but did not receive pillowcases - on January 10, 2025. I have reached to their customer service asking for status on pillowcases. As of today, they have not responded. I recently saw same pillows on Amazon, if only I had known before.
