Clepher wirbt an einigen Stellen mit einer Lifetime-Payment.
Damit verbunden ist ein Abo des Pro Plans, welches auch im Bestellprozess abgehakt werden kann. Trotz Deaktivierung des Features wurde der Paid-Plan berechnet. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support heißt es nur: Pech gehabt, steht im Kleingedruckten der Bedingungen.
Die Anwendung an sich entspricht auch nicht das, was andere Tools von Mitbewerbern bietet.
Ich kann jedem nur abraten, sich Clepher zuzulegen.

Böse Zungen könnten behaupten, dass die Bewertungen, kurz nachdem diese hier online ging und alle durchweg 5-Sterne vergeben haben, vom Team oder nahestehenden Personen erstellt wurden. Clepher war bis zu dieser Bewertung nicht einmal auf dieser Plattform vertreten. Entgegen der Antwort des Anbieters wurde der Pro Plan deaktiviert und E-Mail über eine Aktivierung habe ich nie erhalten. Kurz nach deren Antwort auf diese Bewertung hier wurden die 5-Sterne-Bewertungen abgegeben - seltsam. Für mich als Brancheninsider sieht es hier etwas komisch aus. Ich lasse diese Praktiken jetzt auch von meinem Anwalt prüfen. Bilde dir dein eigenes Bild von diesem Unternehmen.

First, the Lifetime Deal you purchased is a lifetime deal and remains fully accessible as promised. The Pro Edition you mentioned was entirely optional and could be added or removed during the checkout process. Our records show that the Pro subscription was knowingly added to your account during the trial phase.
The trial converting to a monthly subscription is mentioned multiple times on the pages you ordered from, not just the fine print. We also sent you multiple emails before each charge, including one specifically notifying you that the trial would convert to a subscription unless canceled. Give you multiple times to opt-out. Our records show you've been happily using our app and the Pro features during this time.
That said, we take transparency seriously, and during your communication with our support team, we also confirmed that the Pro plan was activated as per your request. So, please, let's keep things honest, Bjorn. If things don't pan out like you want, or don't entertain your subjective perspective, it doesn't mean something is false objectively. The facts show a whole different story.
Look, we strive to provide valuable tools to our users, and while we understand that Clepher may not meet your particular expectations after testing, we are always here to help resolve any concerns. We wanted to help you out too.

To set the record straight: No, we didn’t hire a secret army of 5-star reviewers (although that would’ve been quite the plot twist). As for the Pro Plan, we did send email, but hey, maybe it took a detour in the email Bermuda Triangle. No worries, we got the logs.
Regarding the sudden influx of 5-star reviews—brace yourself, because we’re just getting started! We’ve got over 5,000 happy customers, and as we start emailing them to leave reviews, you can expect even more glowing reviews that will bury your untruthful crusade. We’ll keep the reviews coming while you keep your lawyer busy.
