Ok, I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this purchase and praise the patience o the customer service. I placed my order on January 19 and received the tracking number by e-mail, but honestly, I didn't track my parcel. Two weeks passed and I hadn't received it, so I checked the tracking and saw that the package had been returned to the sender. I contacted them by e-mail and they told me the parcel had reached local delivery but was returned for some reason. I have to admit I was quite nervous and initially blamed the seller but it turned out that I had entered the wrong address. The customer service replied that these things happen and that it was no problem for them to resend the parcel at their own expense, even though it was my mistake. I offered to cover the reshipping cost but they refused. Truly impressive. The product arrived at my address a few days ago and I have been using it for 4-5 days already and the whitening results are visible. With this review, I would like to praise both the extremely accommodating customer service and the product, which clearly does what it promises. Highly recommend!

Update , product still not received after more than 1 month & not giving me a refund.
Notified paypal who gave me a refund immediately.
Do not use this company as u won’t get your product. Product not arrived after more than 3 weeks of being sent.
No delivery / consignment note given .

Pls note on my delivery email it said delivery would be before 14 days .
This was not correct .
This company has now offered me full refund if I remove my review .
Update - company finally gives me a tracking number which was not sent before my review along with ‘have a little more patience regarding the delivery’ .

Unfortunately, unlike the USA, UK, and EU where delivery takes only a few days, we currently do not have a warehouse in Australia, so shipping takes a bit longer. This is clearly stated in our Shipping Policy, we quote:
“Deliveries of packages to Australia & New Zealand may take up to 30 business days due to the extended customs processing of shipments. We are working on opening a warehouse with our products in Australia, and until then, we kindly ask our customers for their understanding regarding the longer delivery times.”

Only toothî whitening product I have ordered more than once
Was excited to be recommended this product by a friend. In just a week my teeth looked whiter and my teeth and gums did not hurt or burn during use unlike other whitening products I have tried in the past. Good communication and tracking service provided and I would highly recommend you try this product for a more natural option that chemical strips etc.

I love this!
I bought this product a few months ago after seeing a recommendation for it online. I was a bit dubious but thought it was worth a try. At first it was a little difficult to get the hang of, because it can be quite messy. The powder does get everywhere if you're not careful. But once I got into a routine with it - clearing my sink before I started, having a damp cloth to hand, it went fine. My teeth are not whiter than white, but I didn't want an unnatural look. They are definitely whiter, and they feel really clean after using the powder - like when the dentist cleans them. On my last visit to the dentist he didn't need to do any scraping at my teeth or clean them. I am really happy with it. I now use it a couple of times a week. The tub lasts for months. I even bought some for my son as a present. It's definitely worth giving it a try for what it costs. I have tried whitening trays in the past from my dentist and they made my teeth sensitive and extremely painful. There is no pain with this - so I'm really happy.

This stuff genuinely works. I wanted my teeth whitened for my son's wedding but the whitening process I paid £100's for from the dentist left me in agony. I posted on a local FB group if anyone had alternative suggestions and this is what came up - and it's pain free! The only downside is that it's a bit messy. I usually stand the pot on a piece of kitchen towel or a tissue when I open it so it's an easily solved problem

REPLY: More lies. YOU flagged this review multiple times. Perseverence is everything so enjoy this review. Goodness knows how many others YOU have removed. You are as low as humanity gets. It was PAYPAL who made the decision to refund (eventually after a lot of hassle and time waiting). You must be feeling pretty put out right now I'd imagine that you didn't get away with any of this for once. Hopefully other possible customers can now see the battle they will be facing if they try and deal with you. Have a great life with all the money you keep bragging you have ; )
Oh wow well done Trustpilot for supporting awful companies and sellers like this one. According to them I'm not allowed to say anything at all. It's not defamation if it's true or a personal opinion. Products not delivered and absolutely dreadful service and attitude by this awful business and woman. Ignored emails about no delivery and only replied when PayPal got involved. Still not received refund or product after nearly a month. She is flagging and removing every HONEST critical review - this is my fourth attempt and I won't be giving up. Avoid like the plague.

I haven't tried the product yet, but I'd like to praise the customer service coz they sent me a new package extremely quickly after I noticed that the tracking number wasn't updating. It turned out the original package was damaged during transport, and they sent me a replacement along with a small gift for the inconvenieence. Can't wait to try it .

I bought it on the recommendation of my…
I bought it on the recommendation of my friend whose hubby is a dentist. At first I thought the product might be abrasive coz of the activated charcoal but their customer service explained that it contains only 4% activated charcoal and that it's not the regular kind but coconut based and specifically intended for oral hygiene. (It would be useful if they noted this on their web but anyway..) They also sent me the product documentation upon my request. The product really works and I'm not surprised considering all the other reviews. I highly recommend this product

Après une utilisation, mes gencives se sont mises à saigner à plusieurs endroits. Résultat, gencives hyper sensibles et douloureuses au brossage. J'ai essayé une 2e fois car j'avais du mal à accepter de m'être fait arnaquer à ce point là mais il faut l'admettre, 35 euros dans le vent et des douleurs aux gencives.

I ordered two whitening powders and 5…
I ordered two whitening powders and 5 siwak sticks. I had tried siwak sticks before so I knew what to expect, but I'm totally surprised (in a positive way) by the powder. Honestly, I didn't expect it to work but here I am writing a positive review. The powder is black and odorless and I tried using it with electric toothbrush but its definitely easier with a regular one. I used a product as instructed ( not every single day tho) and the results after two weeks are phenomenal! My teeth are at least 3 shades whiter, enough for others to notice and ask what I'm using . Highly recommend this product.

Waste of money
It did absolutely nothing apart from giving me sensitive teeth. Constantly having the sink and everything dirty from it because it’s just black powder. This should definitely not cost nearly £30, max £5 if that. I was able to send it back and get my money back but they didn’t mention when I purchased it that I will have to pay the postage myself that cost me nearly third of the price of that product! Don’t waste your money at all

I was using it with toothpaste, of course I was.
The item needs go to back to Croatia so even if you take the cheapest option, it’s still very expensive so no, you do not give all your money back.

Another common mistake users make is applying the powder without using toothpaste. The correct way to use it is by combining the powder with your regular toothpaste, as indicated in the instructions on the label.
In case you’re not satisfied with the product, we offer every customer the option to return it (even if it has been opened) for a full refund. You don’t need to use an expensive courier service - sending it back by regular mail is sufficient.

I was about to have my teeth…
I was about to have my teeth professionally whitened but read about this product, so thought I would give it a try
I bought it from the website and used as directed
Have used now daily for nearly a month, but no real change.
Now I am pretty maticulous about my dental hygiene, so there maybe many reasons that this didn't work for me.
Maybe my teeth are not as bad as I think, maybe there is huge difference between natural whitening and what is essentially peroxide bleaching and i was expecting too much for my 50 year old teeth.
What I can say is that my teeth felt very clean and it did not cause any sensitivity which a lot of normal toothpastes or whitening toothpastes do for me.
So personally I will continue to use every so often as I feel it can't do any harm to keep on top of staining, but the three stars is purely due to lack of whitening.

If you’re looking for a “Hollywood white” smile, our product might not be the best option for you, as we focus on natural removal of surface stains and restoration of your natural tooth whiteness.

I ordered 2 products but they…
I ordered 2 products but they accidentally sent me just 1. I told them about the mistake and they quickly sent the missing product along with a little gift. Big thumps up for the customer support. I 've only been using it for 2 days and I can already see a difference. I got the recommendation from a friend who is on day 9 and her results are amazing.
