O casino opera de forma fraudulenta. Não processa levantamentos, ultrapassam os prazos definidos que já são muito demorados.

Lieber Finger weg!
Ich warte jetzt seit über einer Woche auf eine beantragte Auszahlung und der Status ist immernoch bei der Überprüfung. Bis jetzt hat sich daran auch nach einer E-Mail zum Kunden-Support nichts an dem Status geändert. Vom Support wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass ich mich noch gedulden soll, da es Probleme bei meinem Zahlungsanbieter gibt. Ein Zeitfenster konnte mir nicht genannt werden. Sehr unseriös.
Update: Heute wurde die Auszahlung abgeschlossen und das Geld war drauf.

Ho avuto una bruttissima esperienza con questo gioco che secondo me va solo chiuso a vita, praticamente ho vinto 500 euro li vado a prelevare mettendo i miei documenti ma la carta di credito della mia ragazza la stessa dove ho fatto la ricarica per versare i soldi sul gioco, nulla mi hanno fatto aspettare 11 giorni dopo di che mi hanno chiesto i documenti gli giro i documenti e nulla, dopo qualche giorno mi hanno chiuso il conto senza motivo si sono presi i miei 500 euro senza nessuna spiegazione sono veramente scioccato mando email e non mi rispondono, gioco veramente da bloccare e solo una truffa non cascateci anche voi!!! È una vergogna!!!

Nicht einmal 1 Stern ! Das ist eine Betrügerseite . Die Seite hat keine offizielle genehmigte Lizenz in Deutschland . Auszahlungen sind hier auch nicht möglich . If I could give 0 star I would I have had the worst experience with this casino I requested a withdrawal on the 6th of September and the withdrawal was apparently approved and sent to my account on 11th of September and funds have still not been received I have contacted customer support on multiple occasions and am yet to receive a response. Absolute joke I just want my money.

Wages change to Max bet randomly. Bad!!
The default bet amounts are crazy and they change on their own. Not reliable and customer support would not help. Massive wagering limits on deposits and promotions.
I deposited 10 and I had to wager 350 to get my money. Will never use again. Update: They replied below to contact them, and I did, just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me again. What a waste of time. Always check your bet as they change on you on their own.

Update vom 15.08.
Der Geldeingang ist heute auf meinem Konto ersichtlich. Sterne von 1 auf 3 angehoben
ACHTUNG, SCAM!!!!
Auszahlung kommt nicht an. Habe am 01.08. eine Auszahlung beantragt. Am 03.08. wurde diese genehmigt-Bis heute (13.08.) kein Geldeingang und nun soll ich mich darum kümmern, warum keine Gutschrift auf meinem Konto erfolgte. Witzig, soll ich meiner Bank schreiben, "Hallo, mir fehlen xxx EUR. Wo sind die?" Auf Nachfrage mir die Daten der Überweisung (IBAN, Verwendungszweck, Zahlungsschuldner, etc)zu senden, kam nur eine E-Mail mit einem nicht zu öffnenden Anhang. So kann ich leider nichts weiter tun. SCAM, Finger weg.
