I ordered two bottles of 'Magenhance' from clearstore.co.uk (hosted on Shopify), but the store is now showing as 'currently unavailable.' No response to my email, and the money for my order was taken, yet there's been no contact or delivery. The order URL is 'not valid' on Shopify's issue reporting form. Shopify's customer service chat advised me to contact my bank for a chargeback and to share my experience here to warn others. It's disappointing that Shopify allows such vendors on their platform without better vetting.

Placed an order 14 Jan - received email confirmation but nothing since then - just out of curiosity, thought I'd check and, surprise, clearstore.co.uk is currently unavailable via Shopify...email unanswered, mobile phone unanswered...will most likely have to pursue refund through my bank. Should have read the reviews so my own fault but hopefully act as a warning to other potential users to avoid...

Place an order on the 6th January and it has still not been dispatched. I’ve contacted twice by email (no response to either) and cannot find a phone number. Will have to use bank to get a refund. Not sure how these guys are still operating given the number of reviews stating the same experience as me. They need to be shut down as they appear to just be scamming people.

Placed order 17th November and it never arrived. I can’t get a hold of anyone at the company and emails are never replied to.

AVOID!!!!!! SCAM Company

I made my order on 9/12/2024, hoping to receive my items in time for Xmas. After 3 days of no delivery update, I decided to give them a call, and to my surprise, it was a mobile number. This rang alarm bells; anyway, I called the number, and a gentleman by the name of Theo picked up and got very defensive when I asked why they're using a mobile number for customer service. Anyway, he reassured me I would get my order in time for Xmas and will be given an update by the end of the day, which never happened. Five times I called, and I was told I would get an update by the end of the day, but nothing at all. Now all my calls are being ignored; I've sent several emails that have also all been ignored. A TOTAL SCAM!! Please do not waste your hard-earned money on this company. It seems I am going to have to contact the credit card company to try and get my money back.

Scammers took the payment, item never delivered, 4 emails chasing the order all ignored, going to have to contact credit card company to get the money they have scammed me out of back. AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU

Be very careful with regards this website. Ordered just a box of chocolates on the 4th December, still not dispatched, two subsequent emails have been ignored and the contact phone number is a mobile which goes straight to voicemail. The phone details send alarm bells straightaway. Wish I had noticed before placing my order.

I ordered 3 atrixo hand creams 3 weeks ago and are still waiting for my order rang the company on numerous occasions and said they would send again but no offer of compensation no explanation as to why I have not received it
Personally I would not order from this company again I would use a more reliable seller it’s not worth the hassle

ordered a product on June 13th which i'd previously paid half the price in other stores... after a week of waiting being told it was being dispatched still hadn't heard anything, chased customer services ... they came back to me 2 days later 'promising to look into it!' after waiting and chasing again twice, 4 days later i got a response .... apologising for the delay but the items apparently have been damaged by the carrier and are to be returned to them.... i asked for a refund on the 1st July ..... i'm still waiting for that!! really poor!

Excellent customer service, bought a pressure washer which had a part damaged, they immediately arranged a replacement which arrived the following day.

Found what I was looking for and very easy to use website! Recommended!!

I have been shopping online high and low to find the Mielle Rosemary oil(which is sold out everywhere!) I finally found it on Clearstore for £13.82 which is a great price compared to many websites. On top of the price being great, I also received my order within 2 days which is better than I expected! Really happy with the service and I will be back very soon.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DAMN WEBSITE. I HAVE ORDERED ON JUN 26 AND IT STILL HASNT BEEN DISPATCHED NOR MY CONTACTS REPLIED TO.
