Keine Meinung zum Produkt, jedoch zum Service.

Seit drei Monaten erhalte ich, bis auf die erste automatisierte E-Mail, keine Antwort. Es geht um eine Rücksendung, da ich das Produkt nicht nutzen darf (Schwangerschaft).

Leider gibt es bis auf die Service E-Mail keine Möglichkeit clearlift zu kontaktieren.

Sehr schade!

Finger weg von diesem Lieferanten. Gerät ist minderwertig. Auf Zufriedenheitsgarantie wird nicht eingegangen. Gerät war nach 3 Monaten defekt, keine Antwort auf Reklamation. Käuferschutz greift auch nicht

Scam, returned item and they haven’t sent my refund then blocked my email so I can’t chase them or contact them in any way. AVOID

Fall auf PayPal eröffnet, diesen wieder geschlossen nach der versprechung ich bekomme Ersatz.

Bought and arrived broken. asked for a postponement with no response. after completing the procedure with paypal they told me to resend it to Dubai at my expense. paid 30 euros shipping for an item never used.

Gerät bestellt und wollte es dann direkt wieder zurückschicken (leider die Bewertungen erst danach durchgelesen).
Nach zwei Emails kam die Antwort ich könne es doch entweder für billiger behalten oder mit vermutlich verbundenen Zollkosten zurückschicken. Auf meine Antwort, in der ich um ein Rücksendeetikett bitte, nie wieder eine Antwort bekommen.
Die wissen wie sie mit Betrug Geld machen.

Unterste Schublade. Ich soll das Gerät erhalten haben, ist aber nie passiert. Seitdem stehe ich mit Clearlift in "Verbindung", also, ich schreibe und warte wochenlang auf Antwort. Jetzt, wo die Rückgabefrist überschritten ist, melden sie sich und sagen, dass die Frist verstrichen ist und sie nichts mehr machen können... BETRUG der alleruntersten Sohle.

Got this product after watching it on fb a silly order late at night , not checking the reviews on the shop app .

Please do not buy, mine arrived looking like something from the pound shop the plug have something rattling inside and doesn't work or charged, I have been emailing every day for a refunded,but to death ears.
This item should be taken off this shopping site as a lot of money to Lose.

Ich habe ein defektes Gerät bekommen und möchte es zurückschicken bekomme aber kein Rücksende Formular auch antwortet keiner auf meine E-Mails bitte nicht bestellen

Unternehmen nicht erreichbar. Keine Antwort. Nach Paypal Konflikt Eröffnung sollte ich den Artikel nach Frankreich schicken. Seitdem weder Erstattung noch eine Antwort vom Unternehmen.

Definitely a scam site as another reviewer has stated - the article recommending the item has clearly been doctored. I had buyer’s remorse immediately upon purchasing the item and cancelled within hours of the order, but received an email two days later saying it had been shipped so they couldn’t cancel it (what a surprise). Further communication has been non-existent and I’m pursuing a refund via my credit card now. Avoid at all costs please.

Hier handelt es sich um Betrug!
Der Verkäufer sitzt auf der kleinen Insel Saint-Paul in Indischen Ozean zwischen Madagaskar und Mauritius. Das Gerät funktioniert nicht! Retour ist teuer und soll der Käufer übernehmen.

Achtung Betrug!!! Gerät hat Null Wirkung. Ich schreibe jetzt seit drei Wochen Mail, dass die von meinem 90-tägigien-Rückgaberecht Gebrach machen will. Entweder kommt keine Antwort oder nur eine automatische Mail, dass ich ein Video schicken soll. Ein Impressum gibt es auch der Homepage auch nicht. So wie ich hier die Bewertungen lese, habe ich wohl mein Geld in den Sand gesetzt.

Ich habe ein nicht funktionierendes Gerät erhalten. Auf meine Email mit der Bitte um ein Retourenticket wird nicht geantwortet.

They say they have a 90 day money back guarantee. I tried to ask for it before the 90 days as it has not worked for my hair removal despite following all of the instructions. I've. No one is replying to my correspondence.

Item faulty, light and sound but doesn't do the job in hand. More of a con its a light !!!

Do not buy company will not refund!!

Company asked for a video and then said there specialists said it worked.
Light which should have been admitted clearly was not lit. While the machine has lights that flash and a fan that works the item is not fit for purpose.
I have had no responce from company fter re explaining item not working from out the box.despite asking for an official refund as I was within the 30 days no issue refund.
Waste of money should have through amazon and a different brand .

I have wanted to return the item for a few weeks now. I have emailed them several times. They wanted photos of the item, which I can understand, although I had not opened the item.

Bekam kurz drauf eine Bestätigungsmail und 2 Tage später haben sie den nicht erhalten sagte die Firma und ich muss es bezahlen

This is a scam this machine does not work and they do not refund your money! Do NOT be sucked in by social media/false "beauty magazine" articles.

Customer service is appalling and they falsely advertise the product. This product will not work on all skin types and hair types. Fair skin and fair hair it will not work. However, on their social media advertisements they say “the first device to work on all skin and hair types”. I purchased the IPL hair removal device, once arrived and read through the instructions, there is a table/graph of multiple hair and skin types it does not work on. Stated quite clearly in the instructions. Complete opposite of their advertisement. I then tried to return the device and get my money back as £176 is a lot of money I can’t afford to just lose for nothing. I tried multiple times to get in touch via their email service for customer support team. I eventually get a response. “Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied, if you could explain to me exactly the problem, I will try and help” so I reply and send another reply and another reply and another reply - no response. Another few emails back to them, I get another response from the team, forcing me to use the product for 90days. (I have kept all email correspondence) I didn’t want to use something they had already proved quite clearly not to work, I just wanted to return the item and get my money back. I have emailed the company countless times and have always been ignored. No further response. Never getting a refund. That is another false advertisement on their part… “if after 90 days you are not satisfied, we will give you your money back” they won’t! They ignore all emails. They have 2 email addresses and do not respond to either. No phone number to call. No live chat system. Awful! There is no other way to get my money back. I’ve been emailing this company since July when I purchased the device for a refund. It’s now November and I’m out of pocket. This company are horrendous, do not buy from them. Also they are not based in the UK as also advertised. The device came from abroad.
I’ve been trying to sell the device on and despite being brand new, never used, no one wants to pay the price I paid for it.
You’ve been warned regarding this company. Be sure IPL works for you before purchasing, as you will never see your money again.
