I believe this is a legitimate company, but it's a very bad service. They make many mistakes, which can cost you thousands of dollars. Hire an experienced probate lawyer. I've been dealing with them for almost 2yrs. I've experienced Many broken promises and a lack of experience from clear estate.

Clear estate has made the probate process much easier to navigate. I couldn’t have done this by myself and am extremely grateful for the guidance and support I am continuing to receive in each step of the way. Godwin has been my go to representative and he is very timely and clear with his responses. The whole estate team is very well versed in the process and I wouldn’t absolutely recommend them to help with anyone’s probate. Thank you Clear estate!

Shaz was excellent, I got more information on probate requirements in a 15 min meeting than in hours dealing with the bank.

I can't speak to the organization but his customer service was exceptional - I would highly recommend.

ClearEstate provided an initial no obligation consultation that was informative, delivered respectfully by a knowledgeable person accompanied with a trust that the company was quite aware of the various pylons and pitfalls that go with Estate administration and handling probate matters.

I found this company when I search Estate lawyer online since I need a lawyer to deal with Estate in both Canada and USA. They promised they could definitely handle the case in both countries. I paid the fees and provided them with all the info, but two different people gave two different information, over half year passed, they told me they couldn’t handle the case. Wasted all those time! Incompetent people! Be careful if you want to sign the contract with them!

I wish I had never worked with Clear Estate for my mother's probate services. I paid in full back in June for their probate assistance, under the impression that everything would be taken care of, from start to finish, without any hidden costs or surprises. Well, here we are in November, just before the final documents are to be submitted to the government, and out of nowhere, Clear Estate calls me to say that their pricing has changed—and now, after I’ve already paid, I’m expected to pay an additional $2,000+ if I want them to continue working on my case.

This is absolutely outrageous and a blatant scam. When I signed up for their services, I was told that the full amount I paid would cover all the work needed to manage and finalize my mother’s estate. Now, with no warning, they are demanding more money from both new and existing customers, regardless of whether you've already paid in full or not. For comparison, if I paid a doctor for a treatment upfront, and the price of that treatment went up between the time of booking and the time of the appointment, I certainly wouldn't expect to pay the new, higher price. That would apply only to new patients—not to someone who’s already paid and has a binding agreement. It feels like they are holding my case hostage and exploiting grieving families for more money at a time when they’re already dealing with enough stress.

The fact that Clear Estate would do this—adding extra charges on top of what was already paid—shows a total lack of integrity and respect for their clients. Probate and estate management is a sensitive process, especially when you are dealing with the loss of a loved one. To be put through the emotional and financial strain of dealing with this company is heartless and completely unprofessional.

Please, do not trust Clear Estate. They will take your money, provide mediocre service, and then demand more funds at the last minute, leaving you in a difficult position with no recourse. There are many other probate companies out there who are ethical, transparent, and trustworthy—Clear Estate is not one of them. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be warning others to steer clear of this company.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache, stress, and financial burden of working with Clear Estate.

John was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained that probating my wife’s Will would only be needed if required by the Oil Company seeking to lease my property, which is consistent with what I was told by a local attorney. John is going to provide a detailed list of the services y’all would provide in addition to the Will probation. John also stated he would call on Friday to see whether or not I received the Oil Lease check. Jerry Kotzur

Stephen was super thorough and kind as he walked me through how this company works. If my situation aligned I would definitely work with this team. You can tell that they really care and know their stuff.

Although my probate situation was very complicated. And not within the scope that they handle. They were very helpful in answering questions that I had. Very professional and compassionate.
