Excellent Service

Clearance Co have been dealing with my overgrown and neglected garden that I inherited recently after purchasing my new home. They have done a fantastic job. Once I had pointed out what needed to be done I just left the team to it. I scheduled multiple days over a period of a month due to the chaotic state the garden was left in, and they were on time, every time.

Shaynul was my main point of contact, thank you!

From my perspective as a specialist services provider ClearanceCo were a pleasure to deal with.
They were professional from start to finish and paid me a fair price immediately following completion of my work.
If I was looking for a service provider to carry out a house clearance on my behalf, Shah and his team would be top of my list.
I could see the care and respect with which they were treating everything in the property and the professional manner in which they operated.

Clearance Co were very efficient from start to finish; from the initial contact, providing a quote, attending the property over a number of weeks to clear (the property required full clearance to include carpets and was not in a good state) and provided a very thorough report post-clearance. Shah was my point of contact, he was very personable throughout and maintained contact throughout dealing with any queries. I was also impressed by their charitable connections and environmental outlook with disposal. A very impressive service and will definitely use again in future estate work!

Wow , what an exceptional services from these guys, not big on reviews but credit where it’s due ,

Professionalism and attention to detail is on top form , friendly and reliable service ; if your looking for any removals looks no further I highly recommended these guys :) thanks again

Amazing service. Very quick turn around from contact to completion. Cost effective and efficient. The property was left in a better condition than when they arrived. Will be using them again.

The company were courteous and punctual. They worked to the planned schedule. Most importantly they kept within the budget. They did a great job clearing a heavily hoarded property and helped me to secure a sale. Thank you Shah and the team.

Cannot fault their team who cleared my in-law’s property. Great communication and great value. They have a real affinity for the sensitivity in clearing family homes. They cleared up and sent a helpful final report. Such a great experience. Keep up the great work.

As soon as I spoke to Clearance Co I could tell they are not an "average" clearance company! They were chosen by solicitors to clear my late brother's flat (at short notice) and I was dreading the day to be honest. But from my first phonecall with Shah, I came to realise they are very lovely, compassionate people with high standards and I knew we were in good hands. They talked us through the entire process in an efficient yet understanding way, managing to balance the fact they had a job to do with knowing it was an emotional and difficult day for us as well. I would thoroughly recommend them for any clearance, but particularly for anything that requires good-hearted people and the human touch.

Excellent service from Clearance Co. Reliable and Efficient!

Great, friendly and efficient service. As Executors and Trustees of an Estate we really appreciated the thorough and detailed End of Clearance Report which the beneficiaries of the Estate found useful and reassuring to receive.

Shah and team, were swift, efficient and extremely helpful with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I reached out to Clearanceco for a house clearance in Hackney, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was my late grandmother’s home, a space filled with decades of memories and, let’s say, quite a lot of “stuff.” From start to finish, Shah and Shaynul ran this job like absolute pros, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

Shah, a young guy with a warm, upbeat personality, made the entire process feel surprisingly lighthearted, even under such sensitive circumstances. He has this way of making you feel completely at ease, and his genuine empathy is exactly what you need when dealing with something so personal. Meanwhile, Shaynul was all business—focused, efficient, and determined, like the “clean-up specialist” every team needs. His pride in the work and attention to detail are next level.

What really stands out with Clearanceco is their professionalism. They didn’t just “clear out” the place; they handled everything with care and respect, ensuring nothing of value was overlooked. They showed up on time, got to work right away, and completed everything faster than I expected without compromising on quality.

For anyone considering a house clearance, especially if it’s an emotional task like clearing out a loved one’s home, I can’t recommend Clearanceco enough. They balance efficiency with empathy, bringing both humour and professionalism to a situation that can often feel daunting. If you’re in Hackney or the surrounding areas and need a reliable, respectful, and thorough service, look no further than Shah and Shaynul at Clearanceco. They’re the real deal.

I am incredibly grateful to Shah, Shaynul, and their team for their outstanding professionalism and compassion during the process of clearing my mother’s property. My sister and I were dreading this task, but their expertise made the entire experience smooth, efficient, and much less stressful than we anticipated. Their sensitivity and efficiency truly made a difficult time much easier. Thank you!

Shah and the team were super efficient and I would use them for more property clearances time and time again. The attention to detail that they go to is incredible in their report, together with pictures before and after included. The recommendations they give is really helpful.
They are very informative, friendly and polite, I really would recommend them for the fab services they have provided. Thank you :)

Clearance co took care of a house clear out for me. Dedicated team of professionals who got the job done swiftly on time and to budget. Highly recommend them.

Prompt very polite friendly

Amazing service from start to finish. From first contact the company were professional, providing a prompt quote and going above and beyond to clear a property within a very tight timescale. The company kept me updated throughout and provided detailed reports.

I have had the pleasure of instructing clearanceco on multiple matters for my clients. They are simply the best clearance company we’ve worked with. They always go above and beyond and provide fantastic results.

I instructed clearanceco to deal with a probate matter for my client. They were efficient, sensitive and went to great lengths to provide the client with family pictures and other sentimental items.
