Booked an end of tenancy clean, what a superb service it was and great value. Elin was fantastic, really thorough and his attention detail was great. Lovely guy, really helpful and extremely polite. 5 star service ! Will defiantly be booking again for other services .

I booked a deep cleaning service. Two cleaners came to my flat, looked around and after 15 minutes said they were not doing the job because it was not an end of tenancy cleaning. I hadn't booked an end of tenancy service, I had booked a one-off deep cleaning service. I called the person I had made the booking with and they started screaming at me and said if the cleaner did not want to do the job, there was nothing he could do. I told him I'd be filing a complaint and he said "a complaint for what?". I have never experienced such a level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.

Really great and efficient service. Very responsive when booking the clean and on the day. Great value for money and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Clean&Clean to anyone else looking to book in an end of tenancy clean!

Honestly, very impressed. I was skeptical as i have never used such services before, but they did an amazing job. They stayed until they made the whole place spotless. 4 and a half hours for a 2 bed flat, so I can wholeheartedly recommend them for end of tenancy cleaning!

Mariq did an incredible job cleaning the flat eventhough she was on her own. Bless her. Sorry about the flat being too dirty as we have just moved out from the property and doesn’t have time to clean. Thank you Mariq! God Bless you

The guy spent 20 mins cleaning the carpet which was the main work i needed. I also lost money on the deposit. Took many calls to email the receipt. The cleaning itself beyond that was not too bad.

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company on a Monday, they scheduled someone to come in and take care of the place just a few days later, so very quick and responsive.

George (I apologise if I'm misspelling the name), did a stellar job of cleaning the apartment. Oven, fridge, blinds, shelves, bathroom, everything was spotless, which is what I expect from a deep clean, however the fact that he was a genuinely cheerful person and incredibly friendly was what made this a stand out experience. I've used multiple other EoT cleaning companies in the past, which usually sent me a couple of grumpy blokes that very much half assed the job and couldn't wait to be out of the place. George, thank you for providing a great clean and a very good customer experience.

Not impressed with this company unfortunately.

We paid for a full house clean including carpet cleaning. The clean was completed to a poor standard with a number of areas missed such as bathroom surfaces left stained and carpet under a bed not cleaned.

Our landlord marked a large deduction from our deposit for these so I notified Clean&clean. They kindly offered a re-clean service but this is not an effective solution as there are already new tenants in the property leaving us significantly out of pocket. I informed them of this and they have now been ignoring my emails for weeks which seems from this thread to be an annoyingly common solution for them.

Make sure you check on them very closely if you want your deposit back as once they have your money they are very difficult to communicate with!

Reply: there is nothing in your reply that contradicts what I stated. As I said you offered a reclean but the landlord had already rectified due to new tenants and was charging us £200 from our deposit. My suggestion was to come to an agreement and take PARTIAL responsibility for this amount at which point nobody replied to any more emails to inform me that you considered the case closed.

As mentioned before, a below standard clean and terrible customer service.

Super easy and great to work with. We used for end of tenancy cleaning and the team did a great job.

We hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning, the flat was very clean and smelled nice. The kitchen was all done, including fridge, oven and washing machine. All the windows were done as well.

Great communication and the place was really clean. Would definitely recommend for end of tenancy clean.

DO NOT use - complete scam. Cleaning was not up to standard (very obvious hair & dust lying around, water marks in the shower, etc.) despite one re-cleaning, and could not reach them via phone or email after. I showed them photos of areas where cleaning was clearly not up to standard (very obvious hair, dust and dirt, happy to share the photos if Trustpilot allows) and they said they could not see, and stopped replying when I asked for recleaning. GBP200 was taken off my deposit as agency called their team for a re-clean.
