Company Fine, Product Sucks.

The gun itself works well, but the whole kit is definitely not worth it. The frame does not work with more standard cloth sizes which makes it impossible to properly tuft. Also the yarn that arrives in the kit is not enough for 1 small rug.
The gun works well, but is not as even close in comfortability to a regular tufting gun.
The company is fine, the product is not worth the money at all.

The included frame is designed for rugs up to a certain width, so we understand that it may not suit every project or preferred cloth size.

The yarn included in the kit is intended to help users get started, so it is provided as a starter supply. Once it's used, you can continue using yarn of your choice for future projects.

I paid extra charge for my billed and…

I paid extra charge for my billed and the clawlab gun start lagging with me and the frame bolts start to fall out !!!!

We understand that these additional charges can be frustrating. Unfortunately, some countries apply extra import costs, these are determined by your local customs authorities and the shipping carrier, so they are outside of our control.

Juste le service client à revoir

Le site et bof on comprend pas tous y'a auqu'un suivi de commande après achat, le client et un peut perdu. J'ai même cru m'être fait arnaquer mais au bout de quelque jour on résoit un mail du transporteur qui rassure et après le produit en lui même c'est de la super qualité c est nickel c est juste la relation client à revoir
