最近的claw没有之前好用，香港基本上从下午4点开始就开始出现丢包和炸的现象。据其他有正价阿里云机器的网友反映，正价阿里云线路几乎没有波动，就claw炸了，其中12月3日的时候不光香港炸，连一向很稳定的新加坡也炸了，后来经过咨询claw官方客服，说是黑五期间由于用户数量激增导致有攻击行为和网络测的波动，现在技术人员已经在优化网络，希望能够早日恢复稳定吧。另外，建议claw如果出现网络问题，出个通告... Se mere

Great product - slow customer service
The servers are leased from Alibaba cloud. My instance offers excellent speed to mainland China - far better than any other service I have used. The 2 drawbacks are that 1) in my case the credit card payment option got stuck and did not process for several days, leading to me overpaying for my service, and 2) the long response time of customer service (even billing has not yet responded to my ticket for several days). This is a great option for nodes with good connectivity to mainland China (except for the Singapore node) if you do not need fast customer support. Also, being a Chinese company, the safety of Alibaba cloud is questionable so you may need to add another layer of protection if you have sensitive data.

Run away, take money and do nothing, run quickly, don’t buy it
This is a runaway cloud. I bought a server from them and it has not been activated for 1 day. No one is handling the work order, and there is no customer service contact information. It is a money-making service provider. Everyone should leave quickly and don't buy from this company. The physical inspection is extremely poor.

i have 2 vms in their HK location , so fast and so reliable , free backup and keep 30 days. no worries at all !

Their support was extremely disappointing.
The server performance was quite good, but their support was very poor. I created a ticket on December 10 and followed up every two days, but by the time my VPS ended on December 18, they still hadn't responded to my ticket.
If you trust the server performance and don't need support, go with this provider. However, if you encounter any issues and need support, there are many better providers out there.
