Title: 5 months, no product, no refund — and they never even placed the order
I ordered the Antica II Sconce (Order #7305) on April 25, 2026, for $1,921.09. The site promised a 10–12 week production/ship window. That came and went with zero communication — no email, no update, nothing.
At 17 weeks I reached out myself. The response was a generic "sorry for the delay, we're checking with our designer" — no actual timeline, no real information. I followed up three more times over the next two weeks. Complete silence every time.
At 20 weeks, I finally contacted the actual manufacturer, OHLA Studio, directly. They told me they have no record of this order at all — not under my name, not under Claude Home's order number. In other words, Claude Home was telling me they were "checking with the designer" on an order that, as far as the designer is concerned, was never submitted in the first place.
Nearly five months later I have no product, no real answers, and am now trying to get a refund. If you're considering ordering from Claude Home, I'd think twice — the products look nice, but there is no order tracking, no proactive communication, and apparently no guarantee your order was ever actually placed with the maker.
