1) The reviews in the website look fake like AI generated with no bad reviews which gives it away.
2) Purchased a pair of waffle jogging pants and the hooded knit cardigan which the pants were great but the hoodie was definitely not fit to regular North American sizes. I looked at the tag on the inside and it looked asian which means if I am a Large size I should have ordered XL. The large I bought fit like a medium and the arm length was way too short and im only 5’9 160Lbs.
3) The shipping took almost 2 weeks and Im only 5 hours away from the store and the website even states 3 day shipping after receiving the order. Not even worth dealing with sending the hoodie back because I don’t want to wait 1 month to get a refund or a new hoodie. The quality and look was nice but the fit was not normal at all even though the pants were a normal fit so it’s strange.
4) Price was a little high and the items were on sale, I would not buy these items at regular price
My advice is if you order a sweater/jacket from here, I would go up 1 size and if you like baggy clothes go 2 sizes up but for the price I would honestly buy from somewhere else

Ordered white summer sandals(order #6350)in late July for $59.95.
Quality is extremely poor and they don't fit properly -nothing like that was advertised.I have contacted customer service through their contacts page 7 times,included photos and have received zero response. INo phone number,no resolution,no acknowledgement. Based on my experience,I would avoid purchasing from this site. They are not based out of Toronto.
It's a cover for a Chinese operation.I encourage anyone who has had the same awful experience as myself to dispute the transaction with their credit card provider.

I ordered sandals from Clarke Bennett because they were advertised as “Orthopedic Comfort Sandals” with claims about arch support, a contoured footbed, flexibility, cushioning, and orthopedic comfort.

What I received did not match those representations. The sandals I received had a very flat, hard-looking footbed and did not appear to have the orthopedic features shown and described in the advertising. I provided the company with clear photos showing the product I received.

Instead of issuing a full refund for an item I believe was materially not as described, customer service first offered me a 10% refund, then increased it to 20%, while repeatedly suggesting that returning the sandals internationally would cost me about CAD 30 and could take several weeks.

I specifically explained that this was not a change-of-mind return. My complaint was that the product received did not match the way it was advertised.

What is particularly frustrating is that the company’s own published terms state that when an item is “damaged, faulty or not as described,” return costs are covered and a refund or replacement may be provided. Despite this, my request for a full refund has still not been resolved.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to save screenshots of the product advertising and read the return terms very carefully before ordering. The quality of the product I received was very disappointing, but the way my refund request has been handled has been even more concerning.

I will update this review if Clarke Bennett resolves the matter with a full refund.
