Absolutely terrible experience. This id definitely not a business run by two sisters from Charleston. It's a cover story for a "business" in China. It took a very long time to get my order. The items didn't fit the way I expected so I contacted them. Regarding returns, they advertise in a very nice way, contact us and "we'll take care of it". First they offered me alternatives to a refund, #1 pick out something else pay the shipping fee and just keep the first order, #2 keep the order and accept a 10% refund. Refunds need to be shipped at the buyers expense to China. I shipped my order almost 6 weeks ago and have yet to see a refund. I would highly discourage purchasing from this "company" or any company with a similar name and backstory.

I ordered a blouse and my credit card was charged for it on May 25. Today is July 7, and in spite of contacting ClaireandJane multiple times, promises that the company would look into it, I have not received the blouse, a date by when to expect it to be delivered, nor a requested refund.

Products come from China. Were sized 4 sizes too small. For a return they offered me another product if I paid shipping up front. I got scammed and the items are in my donation pile.

I wish I could rate them zero stars. This is a complete scam. They advertise as a Charleston, US-based boutique owned by two women. I made an online purchase and the product was absolute junk. When I asked for a return, which is allowed by the policy on their site, it took two emails for them to tell me that you have to return the merchandise to an address in China, not the US. They claimed they say that on the website but that isn't true. They do not disclose that part on their site. Or they offered to refund only 30% of my purchase if I don't want to ship back (and pay for) shipping to China. It's a complete fraud. I contacted my credit card company who also recommended that I cancel my card because it may be a security threat.
