I purchased two jumpers for Christmas presents. They never arrived and I cannot get any response from the company. I have requested a refund multiple times and they are not responding.

If I could give this company a -* review I would. Complete scammers. Don't touch them - you have been warned

My order never came and in the process of figuring out how to get my money back.
Ordered 23 Nov 24 and now Feb 12 25.
Just emailed them and got this bull story about showing compassion as they have supply issues...really!

Can I do less than 1star??
Endless requests for jumper I ordered- or refund. Seems I am not alone!!
DO NOT RISK a purchase!!!

The usual - purchased some clothes online which never arrived. I am about to report them to the Office for Fair Trading. Seems I am not alone in being scammed out of money by this company. I have been in touch with them endlessly about the non-arrival of goods. After I told them that I would report their company if I did not receive a reply in a week, I heard nothing more. It is now 11 days since I my last email.

I would like to put zero star
I ordered two jumpers on 15th November 24 and despite all their promises of delivery, still not arrived
Shop is still advertising
Are they genuine ?
I wish I had never come across them 😡
They owe me over £60 for nothing received

Now trading under Taylor Robinson. I hope trading standards are on to them.

Update: I too raised a charge back with my credit card company a few weeks ago, refund showing on my statement. Contact your bank, all is not lost! 😀

Update to my original post...
I have now received a full refund via PayPal. I just wanted to highlight that they are now trading under a new name. I went into "their shop" via email link. It's now called Taylor and Robinson. If you scroll to the bottom, the awful fraudsters have left link to Claire-London!! DO NOT BE RIPPED OFF BY EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

Like everyone else I have also been scammed. Placed order 12th November, chased 25th November, received email stating order on way!
Chased again in December looking for refund, told could not refund as order on its way! Now going to try my bank to get money back.
This was my first time to purchase from Instagram NEVER AGAIN

Shouldn’t give them one star. No jumper after 3 months they should be closed down scammers

Annoying have to give one star even. Product never turned up. Ordered in November. Total scam. Wish had looked them up before I purchased. Terrible people just lie about sending it, can't get refund either. Why didn't Instagram take these fake sites down.

I ordered 3 items totalling over £125 back in Nov 24. I asked the company for an update and like many of the other reviews about this scamming company, received the usual blah, blah, blah. As my patience was running out after 8 weeks, I contacted again asking for a clear update on the location of my parcel and the date I would receive. I order from many other company’s online and it would appear a tracking of merchandise is now almost standard - and I would expect a legitimate company to provide a concise update in this. I then mentioned that I may contact my bank for advice on how to proceed for non delivery of goods and ask them if I could claim money back. I got a reply straight away, saying it should be with me 5-7 days!! Strangely enough , just after midnight on the day I emailed them three fraudulent payment attempts were made on my account. Luckily my bank acted on this straight away and put them on hold and contacted me to see if these were payments I had authorised. My card was then cancelled and new one issued. A few days later I thought about this company and thought how odd after I sent that email that my account was hacked. I then raised a dispute through my bank to claim the funds back from this company as I suspected something was not right. Quite quickly after I had raised this issue I was sent an email saying they were aware of the issue raised, but the parcel was on its way and would it be possible to contact your bank & close the chargeback that you opened? This would help us out tremendously!!! They even included another ‘link’ for me to click so I could track the parcel!! Of course I did not click this link, as I suspect that again would create another hack into my bank account!! I am sure this company will be disappearing soon - and another taking its place. I will never again trust any advertising on facebook or instagram and will always make sure to check Trust Pilot for reviews. My advice - don’t try to interact with this company go straight to your bank - I am sure this is a scam!!!

I ordered a jumper like many of you Nov 15th and paid through PayPal, After 1 month I upped my claim to the next level as all PayPal did was log my emails to the company asking for a refund and nothing else .So mid Dec my claim says it’s under observation which can take 5-30 days.my date was Jan 5th I thought that’s great I finally get my refund, but then they moved the date so many times as the said dates approached I was getting more and more pissed with it all, I sent various messages asking what was going on and where was my refund and could someone kindly reply, no one ever did .So this morning 38 days later I put a question to the stupid system they use and asked where’s my refund .A-reply finally came back saying I would get a decision with 5-15 mins 25 mins later I was awarded my £34.95 back . If you used PayPal (which used to be a decent Company but now horrificaly bad) to pay for your jumper be persistent, the service is disgustingly slow and unhelpful but I won so I’m a happy bunny x Clare of London !!! More like ROBBING BASTARDS OF CHINA

I have the same issues as everyone. Spent £79.00 on the 20th November and no goods despite numerous emails. I'm shamed to say that I did not check them out first.

Liars and scammers. An instagram ad that claims to be a single mother closing down her business. They are based in China. I have raised a dispute claim with my bank but they now have the audacity to argue with my bank who are saying they will debit the refund they issued me! There is a person who responds to emails and appears helpful but they refuse to acknowledge their scamming advertising campaign, also the so called items I bought in November still have not left China, despite them saying the items had been dispatched and could not be cancelled.

Despicable people.

Ordered in November sent numerous emails with messages that say they understand my concerns and they are doing everything to get the sweater to me £38 down the drain. SCAMMERS they need looking into and refund everyone who have ordered from them and not received the goods are there actually any goods to send ?????There must be someone who could look into these scammers.

Like everyone else, my experience has been horrendous and I only wish there was a better of way of making it impossible for them to trade so we could save others from their theft. I have requested details of their UK registered offices without success. Had I received that I might have suggested we look to beginning a class action to have them closed and us refunded if that were possible.
