Scam ordered last year been promised lots of things never delivered thats for weapons galore

Scam company. You make an order and they never send out. You spend weeks chasing them and they just lie to you. This is for Weapons Galore who state they don't have a trust pilot account to review but this one seems to be linked to them?

Made an order in November 2025 and still not received anything
Been told every week it'll be here the following week and nothing.
Do not order from weapons galore.

Took full payment and delivered only part order..
No response when asked why..
Ignorant.

Im not sure why some people have had such problems with Weapons Galore ? Ive bought a few things from them over the years, they've all arrived, totally happy with the product and price. Any phone or email enquities have always been answered promply and always very politely. I have no problem with them at all.

These guys are jokers. I wouldn’t bother buying anything from them. Out of 6 items ordered 1 was delivered late and the rest I’m still waiting to receive. I’ve emailed them every day and it’s one excuse after another. He kept saying I’ll have it done by Monday, 7 Mondays later and still nothing. He strung me a long with the promise of a decent crossbow to compensate me for this shocking service but then asking me to pay for it but even that they couldn’t fulfill
These people shouldn’t be allowed to trade. I’m not surprised to see that others have experienced the same issues
Avoid these jokers or be out of pocket and more stressed out

I order an item on the civivi.co.uk site, and changed my mind the next day, tried to contact them via email they said they’re working on a refund, but 2 months later still no refund, and now they’re not responding to my emails. (I have proof If they need)

I placed an order with weapons galore over a month ago. I have had to chase them for every bit of information. It took three emails just to get half my order. The other half has been promised many times but still no order. Buy from someone else as these people are scammers. This is the worst store full of fake reviews. They just want to steal your money.

Scam website. Took my money never offered a date for the knife. Then said they would give me a refund and after weeks of chasing have still not done it. THIEVES

A while ago, I posted this review saying they were scammers…. I was wrong to say that and I apologise to the company for my cruel words. It is true that I didn’t get the product that I wanted and it’s also true that they provided the no stock excuse. It’s also true that they offered me a better product and shipped it to me in 24 hours. Please accept my most sincere apologies.

Do not buy from this company also do not buy from kushty knives or weapons galore all the same company take your money and do not send item you have been warned

I ordered a knife in August 2024. The knife was on back order, I have been waiting 6 months and still on sign of it, I have rung dozens of times and it has only been answered once, I have also emailed, no response.

Placed an order at WG back at the start of August and still no Civivi knives, having left several telephone messages with very limited response and just the one conversation some 7 weeks ago, I am very disappointed with the customer service, the last email I sent came with a response ‘will call in 1hr’ no call received. A simple update with a lead time would have been suffice at one point but the poor service has led me to Trustpilot. WG, any chance of an update?

Placed an order back in February for a civivi conspirator, WG had issues with police and this caused them issues. I have spoken to a very nice man a couple of times but response to emails, voicemails has been poor at best and now it looks like they’ve gone totally radio silent, looks like I’m not getting a conspirator and I’ve probably lost my money, I try to take my custom to small businesses whenever I can but this experience will make me think twice in the future ☹️

I wish I'd have found Trust Pilot before ordering.
Purchased an item in April that was either a back order & I missed it or it only shown that afterwards. After multiple ignored emails, and the few responses that just messed me about & dial tone phone calls I had to go to my bank and file a section 75 charge back after, which luckily, I received. Only last month did I receive my money back which my bank gave me. The item was only £4 difference elsewhere so I was non the wiser of the scam they ran until after I'd purchased & researched them.

Ordered a knife a while a ago and tried contacting via email and phone for an update but never got a response after trying multiple times

Placed an order back in March, since then I haven’t received any of the knives I purchased nor have they responded to any emails or calls. Unless this is resolved I’d avoid at all costs!

After a long wait of 4 weeks (this company is based 20-30 mins drive from me) I finally got my knives. After a pleasant telephone call was told there was a problem with customs. Their website is not updated still and after two emails saying they would call, none ? There is a shortage of civivi suppliers in the uk as it is. Ive noticed other reviews saying they've has problems too.
It's a pity as the chap on the phone was very pleasant and sent me two different knives and apologised for the delay.
The four civivi I have are great knives and value for money.
Surely customs delays don't go back to September 2023 (as another reviewer had commented) ?
They seemed genuinely sincere on my one call from them but I've heard no more and the website has not changed, or any notifications advising they are having importation problems.
Seems strange as no problems whatsoever with other retailers ?

Whilst Civivi knives are fantastic quality and excellent value for money, civivi.co.uk should be avoided at all cost. I paid for a knife that was never arrived, I spoke to them twice (as they didn’t respond to any emails) and was told it was held by customs. 3 months later I tried to contact them but all of their phones were off and all of their email addresses came back as undeliverable. I started a claim through my credit card to get the money back and this company then disputed the claim. I’ve not heard anything from them since. AVOID!!

Ok, so we might have started with the wrong foot, but that was promptly fixed by the customer service team. Unfortunately the item I wanted didn't arrive on time for delivery, but we found a better knife on the same price, and I received next day. 100% will buy from them again.
